is now a sizeable reward offered for information and it has given his family hope that it can be solved. a renewed push by the fbi to solve a year-old mystery. they are hoping that the picture and even the swim trunks he was wearing will jog memories. >> there is questions which is why the fbi has remained active and put out the reward. >> reporter: lee was a comic artist including the avengers, x-men, and ironman. he was vacationing in the cayman islands with his wife and the two became separated after snorkeling off shoamplet after three days, a search and rescue effort came to an end.

i'm beth germano, wbz news. a student is suing a local school saying that the school doesn't do enough to protect her from assault. >> reporter: she said that she was raped as a freshman and the school mishandled her case. she was drinking at a party when a male student offered to bring her home but instead brought her to his room raped her. she reported the rape two days later and it was found that the male student did not violate the code. >> it's expected when you drink to get hung over and a groggy head. you don't expect to be sexually assaulted. and if that does happen, you know, the school will take care of it. >> reporter: she decided to stay at northeastern university

highland avenue bridge, built in the 1930s, has an afternoon shape. that makes it tricky because it has to all come down at once. tomorrow night at 8:00, crews will start tearing down the bridge and the bypass roads, they cannot handle that much terrific. >> during the weekend we're expecting at peak times 5000 vehicles per hour. our bypass road that will take you around the construction site will be able to handle about 4000 vehicles. therefore, we are encouraging the public to avoid the area during the peak times. >> the bridge demolition is part of the add a lane project set to wrap up in april 2019.
