and there are concerns the quake damaged key infrastructure. the quake could be felt as far away as iowa, illinois, and texas. they have been 19 earthquakes in oklahoma in the past week. some scientists have linked the increase to the underground disposal of wastewater from oil and gas production. police searching for the suspect who shot and killed a man in everett around 2:00 sunday afternoon on street. police blocked off the street and a parking lot as they investigated. one witness described what she saw. >>the guy that got shot run to the street and that's when he had fallen right there and said to the girlfriend "i can't breathe." >>the victim was pronounced dead at the hospital. police have not released his name. boston police are asking the public for help in identifying

breeze. a gorgeous election day, bright sunshine a light wind, literally no weather-related issues. can't use that as an excuse not to vote. wednesday we start to see the front approach. what that will mean is a couple of spotty showers wednesday morning, some clouds as well. the front crosses the region, so late in the day the wind takes over, drags in cooler air but brings in clearing. the greatest risk of a few showers wednesday is during the t to be a lot of rainfall. high temperatures today around 50 no matter where you go. upper 40s in boston. 51 in fits listen burg, the wind will be lightest through the interior but it is gusty on the cape this morning, 20 to 30 miles per hour. tonight we drop back into the 20s and 30s, so we do cool after quite a bit.

roads like route 16 and mcgrath highway and officials say the new lower speed limit will have minimal impact on travel times and traffic. thank you very much. good reminder there. if you need a ride to the polls zip car has got you covered offering free access to more than 7,000 cars on election day. you can sign up for a vehicle on their website or app. the car-sharing company wants to encourage people to vote and get those to a lawsuit challenging massachusetts' voter regulation deadline heads to court today. the deadline was october 20th, 20 days before the election. the aclu wants an injunction in the case to allow three residents to vote tomorrow. they claim the law disenfranchises voters including first-time voters, students, people in poorer communities, and the elderly. 6:18 right now. another harvard sports team in trouble

-- for a special -- cbsboston.com. early saturday in dorchester a victim showed up at a hospital with a gunshot wound and died. investigators think he was shot on benton road. a few showers later there was a shooting in roxbury. the victim was shot and killed car. billerica police are searching for a driver wanted for assaulting a police officer. the man is accused of dragging an officer for 15 feet. the office is okay. he was driving a green dodge car van. 6:37 right now. officials are investigating a deadly fire in roxbury. crews were called

flames engulfed the house. one person was killed but the name has not been released. the medical examiner's office will be performing an autopsy. crews had to shut off the electricity and water next door. investigators will resume a grim search in south carolina looking for more possible human remains. two bodies were discovered on the same property where a woman was rescued last week after being found chained inside a metal container. boyfriend. the suspect is now facing murder charges. police say he has requested to four murders back in 2003. the secret service put the white house on lock-down this weekend after a man was spotted walking nearby with a gun saturday. the man was arrested and is facing charges. president obama was not in the white house at the time. taking home security to a new level, a california company
