this morning just in boston 35,000 people cast their ballots that's more than the projected vote, the polls close today at 8 p.m. we're live in west ro xbury. charlie baker was president he wants others to get out and vote. >> everybody gets to make their own decision with respect to how they want to respond on election day, the good news is we have a million people turned out based upon the lines people have been sending me pictures on outside their polling places it is going to be a big turn out day here in massachusetts and for me the most important thing is people get out and exercise their constitutional opportunity.

wbz has confirmed the letter actually came from bill belichick. voters here in massachusetts have to decide four ballot questions like kate just mentioned the first one deals with parlors voting yes another parlor voting no would leave the law alone as it is right now. let's go to question two it is the most hotly contested it is the charter school question a yes vote would allow the state to approve up to 12 new schools a year or extend enrollments in existing charter schools a vote no would keep the current cap in place, question three focuses on farm animals voting on confinement from hens calfs and pigs unable
