has not changed his mind about the man. when asked about mr. obama's comments that mr. trump was uniquely unqualified to be president, josh earnest says the president stands by what he said. >> thank you. not getting the popular vote means that donald trump's electionunpolar with many who have been hitting the streets in protest from atlanta to st. paul to san francisco. demonstrators chanting and in last night, all of these demonstrators outside of the state house. but tonight's scheduled protest has not quite taken off. at last check, there were about 10 people outside the state house. a trump and mrs. says she will work alongside the president-elect but says he and the republicans will not be getting a free pass. >> let me be 100% clear. one

off. >> we don't know what the suspect was intending and there was no indication they were pulling her away from the scene. she was thrown down to the ground and at that point it was interrupted. >> reporter: and police are adamant that they don't believe anyone else in that neighborhood is in danger at this point. we spoke with someone moments ago at the police station and they seem to have, and i emphasize seem to have a suspect in mind but still no arrests. >> hopefully there will be one soon. a violent carjacking and chase. two suspects stabbed two people in connecticut, took their car and headed to massachusetts. officers in worchester cornered the suspects and captured them but it was not easy. chantee lans is live in holden at the state police barracks.>> reporter: two suspects are being held by state police. they are both accused of two carjackings in one day.

demonstrators protesting a pipeline chained itself to a local bank. >> liam martin joins us to show us why they were here. >> those protesters locked themselves to the main entrance to the td bank in boston. td bank is one of the mainlanders of the controversial dakota access oil pipeline. it has prompted those massive protests we've seen in north dakota where the standing rock sioux tribe his worried that the pipeline if it leaks, could

water. you can to the protesters here in boston used bike locks and pvc pipes to lock themselves to one another and then to the door of that bank. they were urging people who were passing by to close their accounts with td bank. >> we're trying to bring attention to what is happening in north dakota. we're trying to bring it to td bank's attention but also your attention, the media's attention, and the people passing by. we are passing out flyers. this is a critical issue and it's not getting the attention it deserves. bo removed protesters one by one and arrested them on charges of disturbing the peace and resisting arrest. tonight, search crews believe they have found the boat that belongs to three missing fisherman on the cape. there is still no sign of the men. dive teams were in the water again today in cape cod bay. they closed in on the boats location yesterday using sonar but haven't been able to reach the boat. friends say the three men, are all experienced fishermen. >> it is a big area to search.

we were last seen -- they were last seen up on the east side of cape cod. >> the three men were last seen launching their boat at the sandwhich marina. a hazmat situation forced the evacuation of the brookline animal hospital. workers said they started feeling dizzy and that's when the fire department cleared the building. everyone including the animals morning. kids had on pretty heavy coats, hats and then by noon time, it all came off. >> it's gorgeous out there. >> there is one nice sunset out there. a few pictures in. we have a couple throughout the newscast. this one from our friends in the southwest. peter sent this one in over the connecticut river. a nice glow outside. a nice club mix outside but a little fuzziness around the moon. a little halo as clouds filter in. temperatures are falling back

our low temps will be stabilizing and even rising as we head toward tomorrow morning. a couple things we're watching with milder are pushing up around the eastern great lakes. that's ahead of our cold front that arrives tomorrow. that colder air is still around hudson bay so it doesn't start to pouring until lunch time. you can see that front, not a lot of rainfall and it's not going to create in the rain for us. we might feel a single or two tomorrow. otherwise you see high clouds may produce legions around the man. breezy". 38 to 44 in the suburbs and 45 for a low in boston. the wind increases out of the southwest at 10 to 20 meet me bendik couple gusts over 20 meet me. tomorrow morning, as we start in the 40s, it will be breezy and we have a window to warm up. for any of the veterans day parades tomorrow morning, that will be the best part of the day.

even 60 degrees in southeastern mass but the cold air is making inroads into worchester county, southwestern new hampshire and then colder air starts to filter in as we head through the afternoon. by friday night, 7:00 some towns are already in the 30s and then we are all in the 30s as we approach 11:00. the other story, the wind change. it's breezy tomorrow morning out of the west and then as the day goes on, that wind is going to and we will see gusts of 30 to 40 miles per hour. blustery and a lot colder tomorrow afternoon and evening compared to the evening hours -- morning hours. the morning is the winning part of the day. the windiest part of the day, midday through evening and cold and windy toward tomorrow night. as for the weekend, it doesn't stick around for too long. we have a pretty chilly saturday, not unusual this time of year. bright skies and temps in the 40s. and then i cold air is already

the wind changes to the west. we are back in the 50s and been we are looking at a lot of sunshine for the second half of the weekend. saturday is brisk and chile. not a bad day just cold. toward sunday, after a cold start we start rebounding into the 50s. perfect day to be outdoors and perfect for football. heading for the evening, kickoff sunday night football at 8:30 pm. we will be in the 40s. here is the other part about sunday nights game. we have a nearly full moon rising around sunset. if you are out tailgating, it will be very bright and ea a huge moon. the closest supermom, the closest point in its orbit, since january 1948 which means it's going to look right around bigger especially when it's on the horizon. this also brings our highest tides of the year and those will be taking place tuesday into wednesday. they lag just a little bit. for rainfall, none in the forecast until tuesday and that will bring our next chance of much-needed rain. until then, very dry.

saturday is a chilly one. sunday is beautiful and pretty mild at 62 degrees for monday. tuesday, important to note with those king tides, even if we get a weak storm we could see flooding issues at the coastline because of high water levels. that's something to keep an eye on. carrboro police are investigating the death of an infant but we are told officers got a call just before noon marlborough where they found the child unresponsive. they found two adults as well, a 19-year-old woman and 23-year- old man also unresponsive. they were taken to the hospital where they are still being treated. obviously a story we will be watching. also breaking news, the second victim of a violent home invasion has now died. joanna fisher died this morning at umass memorial medical. it is not clear what caused her death yet but her husband, thomas hardy was killed during

tonight, a ups truck carjacked. boston police are now at the scene. >> katie brace is live there. we know you just spoke with the driver.>> reporter: that's right. first of all, this is where the ups truck was found not too long day for this driver. this is video we shot earlier. the ups company confirms that two people who said they were armed force the day -- forced the driver out of his truck and about half an hour later somebody reported that that truck was found here on langford street and roxbury. detectives dusted the steering wheel for prints, talked to the driver and went to the back of the truck. now back here, before leaving
