. the new hampshire supreme court will hear arguments today in the appeal of a man who killed a unh student. lizzie marriott was killed in

he was lured to the man's apartment by his girlfriend at the time. his lawyers are appealing that his proof sexual history should be part of the -- his previous sexual history should be made available to the public. health officials are meet remotely with boston's board of health to discuss colorado's experience, the first state to legalize marijuana back 2012. the new law in massachusetts goes into effect on december 13th. a doctor who survived breast cancer started a business called garden remedies. she says the experience of going through that treatment set her on a course to help others. the marijuana at garden remedies is grown in central massachusetts using organic methods. this is the 9th marijuana dispensary to open in the state. these schools are giving
