128, very slight slow-downs here. rest of the ride on 128 and on route 3 are two thumbs up. checking our top stories this morning. developing news, police investigating a violent domestic disturbance at a home in hyde park. the victim was rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. one person inside the home was taken into custody. officers carried away bags of evidence from the home overnight. police are not detailing what happened there, but they say the suspect and victim know each other and there is no danger to the public also breaking news overnight janitors at harvard university reach an agreement just an hour after their contract expired at midnight. they had threatened to go on strike. under the new deal they will earn a 12 1/2% pay raise over four years. they'll be make just under $24 an hour. the contract still has to be approved by the union members. the supreme court will hear arguments today in the appeal
