police will launch a new initiative to deal with the heroin crisis. it includes having a licensed substance abuse counselor in court to help addicts learn about services. the program is believed to be the first of its kind in innew jersey. we'll get more details this morning. frontier airlines will recognize its 200,000 passenger at new castle airport today and that passenger is expected to be headed on a flight to chicago. the person will get a $500 gift card from frontier. coming up on "today "show their music video has over 68 million youtube views. back to "today" show. we'll see you in 25 minutes.
