look at this, contractors have started demolishing the homes that collapsed yesterday afternoon in phidelphia's cobbs creek neighborhood. nbc 10 was there on spruce street as worketarted dismantling the homes. people are living in the neighboring homes. city inspectors did check on other houses in the area this is what prompted that. city officials are trying to figure out what caused the roofs of two of those homes to cave in. the weight of the collapse sent the secretary floor at one home crashing down to ground level. no one was hurt, thankfully. a dog did have to be rescued from the attic of one home. the red cross is helping three families affected by that collapse. a delaware county man accused of luring and raping a woma has a preliminary court hearing today. 42-year-old kevin cornish of
