your last day, we -- i went to an opening of a candle store. i don't usually do things like that but for this family i'd pretty much do anything. this is the kitridge. he founded yankee candle years ago. sold it years later and went back and did the candle business in a big way with his son mick who was there. >> they were cutting the ribbon on their very first store. >> i brought you my favorite new fragrance. this is for you for your birthd birthday. smell that. coconut wood. >> it smells like the beach. >> so that's for you. i want to wish them all the great success with that. >> so we just saw savannah in the make up room. today is her final day before she has her adorable baby so we gave her a little birthday -- baby love. >> that's all i do is push

it is time now to meet the newest members of the joyce fit club. two people who were tired of all

the bicnge eating and decided oe do something about it. combined they lost nearly 300 pounds. here to show us how they did it is joy bauer. >> for all of our viewers who need ai weight loss of inspiration. these two stories will blow you away. it's ironic they are both 33 years old and soingle. >> so first we have caitlyn from venice florida. in that picture she's 332 pounds. her achilles' heel was always emotional heating. when she was in the fourth grade she remembers sneaking cup cakes and candy in her pockets and sneak eating. when she got older she was independent, she had money. it got way worse. she told me a story she went to a story and made believe she was

ordering a fake birthday cake for someone else so she could take it home and eat the whole thing. when she realized she was going to change her life. how did they do it? she started making better food choices started exercising at home. she wouldn't go to a gym. most importantly she started taking a pen and putting her emotions to paper. it was so powerful that she put it out to the public. she started blogging and so many people benefitted and related, it was unrelated. she's a personal trainer now. here is caitlyn's before picture. she's now 187 pounds thinner. >> come on caitlyn. >> oh, my gosh. >> whoa! wow! you look awesome. >> thank you. >> she's going to show us a move with her medicine ball. >> how much working out do you do, caitlyn. >> five days a week. >> show us what you do with that. >> the lift and chop.

hold the medicine ball up here and swing it down into a swat position and back up. >> how long did it take you to get from slow walking to something aerobic and these kind of things. about three or four months of walking. >> and then my stamina level increases and i was able owe do more things . you published a book? >> of corurse you did. >> good for you sweet heart. >> thank you caitlyn. >> so next we have single. 33-year-old andrew from sait. lou louis, missouri. in this picture he's 355 pounds and he didn't have the emotional eating that caitlyn had. he just loved to eat. if the food was in front of him. he was eating it. he was finishing whatever amount was there. as he got older it took more and more food in order to fill him

up. it wasn't until his golf came and coaching started to suffer. he had a lot of back issues. one of his trainers said guess what, your back issues are due to your front issues. i thought it awas very telling. so he didn't know thousahow to r read labels. he found one of those delivery food services. this guy has now lost over 100 pounds and his golf team is doing phenomenal. his name was improved as well. >> let's take a look at his before picture one more time. all right andrew, let's see the new you, come on out. >> wow. congrats. we got you a little golf course. that's terrific. >> do you feel like a different person completely? >> yes, i do. it's changed my entire life around. i now have a life back.
