the u.s. capitol. pete what can you tell us? >> reporter: matt good morning, verdicts say the 20-year-old wanted to carry out an attack as a way to support an isis terror group. they say he talked to somebody who thought he was like-minded but who turned out to be working for the fbi. the plan prosecutors say, was to set off pipe bombs at the u.s. capitol and shoot people as they fled. fbi investigators say chris fer kornell age 20 from cincinnati first came to their attention last august when he called himself raheel beta and showed support for the terror group. he met someone in the cincinnati area who he thought was sympathetic but was an under cover operative for the fbi. he went into a shooting range and bought two assault rifles like this along with 600 rounds

overturned vehicle 95 southbound right near the airport. that has cleared and all of the delays have also cleared so that is good news on 95. unfortunately for drivers in delaware in wilmington we have a water main break enclosing foulk road between silverside and shipley. breaking news from northeast philadelphia. finally crews have shut off this pesky broken water main that has been gushing a geyser for over 12 hours. water was shooting hundreds of feet into the air and crystallized trees and formed layers of ice on the ground nearby. in fact one worker was injured because of the icy conditions there. now, the water main fed a sprinkler system on private property. no homes were affected by loss of pressure but the water main finally has been shut off. we'll have another update in 25 minutes. you can get the latest through the nbc 10 news app. have a great day.

the mountains, 28 and holding for reading, pottstown and allentown. trenton is 28 degrees. it just warmed up one degree in northeast philly. now 31 degrees there. it's going to be a slow climb. we're watching for some breaks in the cloud cover this afternoon as temperatures climb into the 30s. we have new information now on a mobile home fire in gloucester county. that fire destroyed one home heavily damaged two others. sky force 10 was over the scene after the fire broke out on crown point road in west deptford. emergency crews did take one man to the hospital. the fire marshal is still looking into what caused the fire there. about half an hour ago crews finally shut off this broken water main that was gushing water for more than 12 hours. sky force 10 was over the scene along bluegrass road just before crews found that shutoff valve. water from the geyser froze on trees there and also on the ground. in fact one worker was hurt
