expressway in the westbound lane. let's get you to a couple stories from overnight. officials tell us no one was injured during a fire at this mixed use building in south philadelphia. it was filled with smoke when firefighters arrived at the scene. it is under control, no word yet on how it started. also a gun toting robber left some 7-11 employees shaken up and short some cash. he pulled out a revolver and he got away with $300. we have new information now on this case. police arrested a second suspect for the death of a man found with his body stuffed in a suitcase in the philadelphia

arth. police arrested thomas brennan, her boyfriend. police say he killed bernheisel last month. a man walking his dog found the suit case. the victim had been staying at a home in south philadelphia where brennan also stayed. we have new information on how detectives pieced this together. we'll have more at 4:30 about how the suitcase itself helped lead to the suspect. a fast moving row home fire started yesterday just after 11:00. matt, in word yet on a cause of that big fire there?

>> no official word there. investigators are expecting to be out here today. this is the 1700 bloc. big and quieter difference now almost 12 hours later. the video shows the intensity of this fire that started just before 5:00 yesterday afternoon. this fire spread quite rapidly. there was quite a bit on wind out here that damaged 20 of these row homes, 15 very severely. while the investigation is still on going, it started close where roofers had been working. there is several residents now left to rebuild. in m are staying at a fire house near by with the red cross helping them.

all right, matt 4:05 now, today a judge will hold a pretrial hearing for a woman caught having sex with a high school student. she was a married mother of three and was caught having sex with a 17-year-old in a park last fall. she met that student while volunteering for her daughter's cheerleading team. and the man charged with animal cruelty for allegedly neglecting his three horses. they were found in an abandoned jump lot on grays avenue. the spca said they will return the horses when he finds a safe place for them to live. 23-year-old zackary mcdunna.

happening today dennis hastert is facing from charges in chicago and is going to court today. he facing charges that he illegally withdrew money from banks. he reportedly spent $3.5 million to cover up a sexual abuse scandal. this is all surrounding a recent investigation that revealed major security lapses in nearly all u.s. major airports. they're asked how they're improving security at those

airports. >> authorities are trying to figure out what caused a man to kill his wife. he set their remote cabin on fire. the youngest victim was just one. the other children were 4 and 6. a man called a friend and said he was going to kill his family before doing so. the friend called 911 but it was too late. the person who blue the whistle on a fraternity's facebook page spoke publicly yesterday. he says that hazing caused him to fail in school. he says he went to police after

morning than this time yesterday. up about 6 degrees in the poconos, four in pottstown. so a few scattered showers in the allentown area. also just to the north of dover and newcastle county. and as we go throughout the morning, very light showers. so keep that in mind you at least want a hooded jacket today or maybe you will have to run to dodge some light showers, but they be short lived which is good. then more clearing and sunshine into the afternoon. by wednesday we will continue to see clear skies and temperatures on the warmer erer side. 85 to 88 degrees. warmer weather on the way. by the weekend we track another
