in northwest texas these past two hours. two men were walking down the street when a 39-year-old man shooting. only nbc 10 was there as the suspect was being led away in handcuffs into a police6:pvan. philadelphia police tell us that the man fired shots at bothés of the witnesses while they were walking near mitchell street just before 11:00. hear's the thing that turn the whole thing around. one of those witnesses happened to have a permit to carry his own weapon. he pulls that out and fires a shot at the suspect. the suspect ran into a house on the nytj400 block of montessoriry. police tell us they found the rifle in that home and there were also three young children inside t house were found hide in the basement. but they the suspecto(w the witnesses, they spent these early morning hours being questioned by detectives.

behind.edk÷ katy zachary is live for us in bethlehems3gn where a sinkhole has opened up. >> reporter: it has just behind me. you can see thatb' r(q have closed off the road part of the 2,000 block of claremont street. you can see this power line tower which sits on someone's property. and at the base of it engulfing one of the legs?2v you can see a giant sinkhole. i'm told it's about 7 feet deep just as wide if not wider. we're getting some of our first shots of it as we rolled up a short time ago. one of the legs of the power line tower is in the sinkhole. the crews who monitor this tower and in charge of the electricity in this7zím area they are here to mange sure that it is not compromised, the stability of it is not compromised. but i'm told by a ppl spokesperson who i talked with just over the phone a few
