hillary clinton now the democratic front runner announced her support with caution releasing a statement tuesday, i am still studying the details. based on briefings and a review of the documents i support the agreement because it can help us pe vent iran from getting a nuclear weapon. congress has 60 days to review the deal. the republican presidential candidates aren't holding their fire, blasting the agreement at every turn. >> we need a president who will terminate that bad deal with iran on day one. >> we have created, legitimized iran being a nuclear threshold country. that in and of itself creates huge instability in the region. >> this is the most dangerous are irresponsible step i have ever seen in the history of. watching the mideast. >> you know the iranians are going to cheat. >> reporter: a group backing marco rubio released an ad

urging republicans to kill the deal . >> evil is either defeated or it spreads. >> reporter: the agreement would lift hundreds of billions on economic sanctions on iran if they meet the following requirements. limits to the nuclear program for ten years and to nuclear research for 15. granting more access to u.n. inspectors at suspect sites, but with notice. a legacy defining deal for president obama that could define much of the 2016 campaign. now it is in the hands of congress. even senate republican leader mitch mcconnell admitted blocking the agreement will be very hard even in the gop-controlled ous and senate rejected president obama's, he will veto the bill. to override a veto takes all republicans and 13 senate and 44 house democrats. right now that looks like a big longshot. >> that's a high hurdle for sure. let's talk about this with south carolina senator and republican

presidential candidate lindsey graham who opposes the deal. good to see you. diplomats will tell you a sign of a good deal is nobody is happy. do you think the iranians are too happy? >> the iranians say this is a win-win it's probably not. my big problem is we are taking the largest state sponsor of terrorism, killed hundreds of americans we have given testimony billions of dollars and they can use the money any way theylike. might as well write a check to hamas hezbollah because that's where it's going. we took a very dismantled approach to the nuclear program and ensured they are on a path to become a member of the nuclear club. arabs will get their own weapon creating a nuclear arms race. more money, more weapons, not a good deal. >> secretary of state kerry said yesterday opponents of the deal have proposed no viable

alternative. you said we should have kept the interim deal and waited for the next president. what makes you think president graham would have more luck? >> i would tell the iranians you will not get a penny as long as you are you are the largest state sponsor of terrorism. we are not going to lift the arms em bar go until you stop toppling your facebooks. i would make sure you never take inis speculation away as long as they are the largest state sponsor of terrorism. >> that's a good sound bite but it's fantasy. look at ro in and reagan. >> please. >> a nuclear deal with the soviets didn't make them renounce communism. >> a fantasy is to believe this deal would not lead to a nuclear arms race in the mideast. a fantasy is when they chant "death to israel" they are kidding. this is the 70th anniversary of the end of world war ii where

i do believe this is a destabilizing event in world history. the more you know about the deal when the arabs start building a weapon, and they will. a lot of members of congress say i don't want my fingerprints on that. >> got to ask about presidential politics. i don't know if you read the polls but donald trump is atop the polls, even beating jeb bush, the front runner in the most re-kent one. what does that say about your party? >> i think he's riding a wave of just outlandish behavior. some people if the republican party like hearing that all the illegal immigrants for the most part are are rapists and drug dealerers and some may be good. the overwhelming number of pubs don't like that rhetoric. he's riding a wave. if you ask me, is this man ready to be commander in chief, absolutely not. he's going to charge the pex can government $100,000 for every immigrant across the border. we live in the most complicated, dangerous times in the world. he's a wrecking ball when it

this video released by the mexican government shows chapo guzman on a security camera in his cell on saturday the night he escaped, just before 9:00 p.m. he can be seen pacing, going in and out of the shower stall. he bends down goes out of the camera's view and disappears. tuesday mexican authorities recorded video of the tunnel entrance and went into the tunnel where an old motorcycle with a cart can be seen on tracks. mexican officials tell nbc news chapo laid on the cart and was pulled through the tunnel carrying the billionaire drug lord to this house a mile awayment what's most impressive is how well the tunnel is built. there are steel beams, wood electricity. this is a generator to run the lights. this is an electrical panel. if you look this is the equipment used to bring the mud up. over here, more equipment. over here is the main tunnel --

>> incredible to see him casually step through the hole in the floor to freedom. the f.a.a. is taking action against sky west airlines after what the f.a.a. said was a close callment a sky west crew stalled the plane mid flight with passenger s on board. tom costello covers aviation for us. he has more on all of it from reagan international. good morning. >> reporter: good morning. sky west is a regional airline for delta, alaska american and united express. it was united ek press flight 6367 from denver to oklahoma city. the f.a.a. said the crew allowed the air speed to drop too low, stalling the plane. the plane dropped from 39,000 to 27000 feet. the crew managed to re start the engines and the plane landed safely in oklahoma city. now the f.a.a. is ordering maximum altitudes and minimum air speeds for crews flying the

regional planes. the minimum indicated air speed is 272 miles per hour for a crj-200. 33000 feet altitude and 288 miles per hour for the crj 700 and 900, 35,000 feet maximum altitude. if the pilot allows his or her plane to fly too low and the speed to drop too low the plane can stall and they can lose altitude. sky west tells nbc news this was an isolated incident. in fact, it didn't meet the true definition of a stall. sky west says in a statement the slow air speed alert system functioned perfectly and the air crew responded appropriately with a 4,000-foot descent. no stall occurredhccurredoccurred. sky west told the f.a.a. about the incident and find it is actions arbitrary. it did order retraining for all crew members and it consider it is safety of passengers the
