that breaking news is a shooting that injured an philly police officer. police shot and killed the suspect they say fired at the 17-year veteran of the force. it happened this morning as s.w.a.t. and homicide officers were serving an arrest warrant on the 800 block of riverside drive off woodhaven road. we have live team coverage of this breaking news. nbc10's matt delucia is at the hospital where the officer was treated. we begin with nbc10's monique braxton live on the scene in northeast philadelphia. give us the latest.
