officials say this started around 3:00 this morning. crews quickly got it under control within 20 minutes. no word on a cause. also new from overnight, shell casings -- casings lined bodenot street in west philadelphia after three people were shot overnight. investigators say one of three people was inside the home when he was shot through the window. police are looking for three men last seen running through an alley in dark-colored clothing. i'm vai sikahema.
