he had sex with minors tim jones has more. >> authorities reviewed tens of thousands of text messages and elle mails. prosecutors alleged he travelled to pay for sex acts, including with minors from 2007 as well as as recently as june, he repeatedly plans business trips to cone side with his sexual pursuits. he's accused of having sex with two 16-year-old girls. he's charged with receiving child porn. prosecutors allege he knew the pornography. fogle agrees to pay more than a million dollars in restitution to 14 victims. he'll also register as a sex offender and undergo treatment for sexual disorders. the governor will recommend a

suspect are also considered suspects. new video shows the immediate aftermath of monday's blast. at least 2200 people were killed. according to police, the bodies of nearly all the dead were injured by several ball bearings packed into the bomb. par olympic runner oscar pistorius will not be getting out of jail on friday. pistorius may have been approved to be moved to house arrest too early. he was sentenced to five years in prison for killing his girlfriend in 2013. he served ten months. nbc news has learned exclusive new details about pistorius' life behind bars. he's reportedly isolated in the prison's hospital wing. he was so worried he would be poisoned he lived on canned sardines and baked beans.

like 96 an hour ago. the temperatures generally in the '80s unless it's raining. trenton, 79 degrees. dover, 79 degrees. it's been raining in those places. and you can see the southeast wind keeping things a little cooler at the shore. temperatures into the low 80s with more sunshine. this is the radar estimated rainfall. give you a look at the areas that did get rain. a couple spots got quite a bit. one place near smyrna. estimated 2 inches. in that flooded area, two and a half. that's the kind of thing that can happen tomorrow as well, maybe more of the area as a stronger system moves in. we're seeing a lot of weakening of those showers in delaware

right now we are seeing showers coming over the lower portion of montgomery county, abington, cheltenham. lower bucks, this rainfall rate at over 2 inches per hour. there's another heavy one in bensalem, that's moving to the north and these showers pretty potent. now, as we go through the next several hours, watch everything weaken. and then we're going to be kind of dry for quite a while. but some more showers will be developing, even some by morning, and then even more developing during the afternoon. some of these very heavy, not moving real fast, they'll be moving from south to north, what we call training, moving over some of the same spots, like the showers did today. except there are more of them. there we are on friday. and you think this will just

move offshore, we would dry out, everything will be fine. we still have that onshore wind that's going to block some of this and keep the shower threat in. on the other hand in the atlantic, danny is somewhere down there. still 50 mile an hour storm, but does not look very intense. the hurricane center has lowered the forecast intensity, i think this is too much. going up toward 90 miles an hour, there is so much dry air in the central atlantic. there's where danny is, and it's going to be moving right into dry and then super dry air over the next few days. that is a real struggle. tropical systems do not like to have dry air coming into them. tonight evening showers and storms, some localized flooding, just in the next couple hours, things are going to dry out for a while. the showers and storms, some

tonight at 7:00. if you're not seeing rain today. there's a pretty good chance you're going to see some tomorrow. >> we had scattered showers and storms around today, it's going to be more widespread tomorrow. one place that's escaped the rain in the pocono mountains. this is the wave pool at poke yo beach. you can see on the radar, a lot of the area not getting anything. right along the jersey shore. southern delaware, not getting any rain at all. we have some flood advisories, there's a new one issued for a portion of montgomery county, a little while ago, warm minister, cheltenham. this advisory until 6:15. a couple inches of rain could fall in a short period of time with this kind of moisture around. that's what happened in parts of

new jersey as well. newhanover, up to plumstead, burlington and ocean counties. that storm as you can see has moved, clearly moved out of the flood area. the one that's around abington, is still there as you can see. it's pretty heavy, it's got lightning with it, and it's trying to move to the north. it keeps redeveloping down to the south. this is what we call training, it keeps going over the same spot and every over again. five miles to the west, that's not raining at all. that's the way it is, things have weakened in delaware right now. we'll talk more about the rain expected for tomorrow. and also the latest on the tropical system. >> you can track the rain and storms for tomorrow in the nbc10 news app. a bucks county company wants to give police chiefs and doctors a new way to watch what officers and emts are doing in

part of the philadelphia area is baking in sunshine and heat and humidity. another part is getting pounded with rain. and a flash flood warning has been issued until 7:30 tonight for parts of lower montgomery county, and central bucks, even the northwestern corner of philadelphia itself. including west oak lane. whitemar whitemarsh, abington, pennsylvania turnpike here near willow grove. maple glenn up through warminster, warlg ton, chalfont, doylestown, buckingham, all of those places under a flash flood warning. fairly stationary thunderstorm with multiple inches of rain. it's something that's just temporary. you don't want to be driving in that kind of weather. flooded road, if you can't see the bottom of the road, turn around, don't drown.

as we say, most of the area not getting rained on. here's the one area that is. cheltenham finally starting to see a break moving from south to north. abington, warminster getting pounded with this particular storm that is two to three inches per hour. we've seen it for an hour or so. the other heavy shower in lower bucks county, through levittown heading up west of trenton at the moment. the wind coming in off the ocean, helping to keep the moisture in, but the showers should be weakening, quite a bit over the next few hours, and then quiets dune a bit overnight. maybe a couple more showers early in the day. a stronger system is coming in from the west, and there are going to be more of us getting rained on late tomorrow and tomorrow night. look at this, some of this is going to be really heavy, there's another threat of flooding here. the dryer air that is very close by, is going to have a hard time

coming in through the area. as we go through friday, it's just hanging there, right near the shore. it won't be moving off shore. why is that happening? here is the cold front coming in, it normally will push everything offshore. we got a little something developing off there, not a tropical system, but a storm. and it blocks everything from coming out. so the front stays, and the rain chances linger into the weekend. as we look into the tropics, danny looking very disorganized. 55 mile an hour maximum winds. still thousands of miles away from us. the latest forecast has an update coming in a few minutes, that sheena will be showing you. and i'm thinking it may not be as strong as this last advisory which is lower than the previous one. the main reason for it is there is so much dry air in the

atlantic ocean. that's where danny is. there's so much dry air that can get into circulation. if that happens, it weakens. the evening showers and storms, you saw that, localized flooding. keep up to date on that warning there. 75 in philadelphia, 70 north and west, during the day tomorrow, showers and thunderstorms, heaviest during the afternoon, at night, some areas getting flooding out of this as well. i think we've broken the heat wave after today. the moisture could hang around a bit over the weekend, leaving at least chances for showers. especially for the shore areas, and then we start drying out a little next week. coming up, backlash over a jersey shore radio station's ticket giveaway that made they rethink.

a jersey shore radio station's promotion goes bust after a public outcry. >> they wanted to send more than 100 balloons into the sky ahead of a big concert in atlantic city tomorrow. >> that plan prompted outrage by some listeners and animal advocates who feared it would hurt wildlife. how public pressure forced the station to switchgears at the last minute. >> they are the dozens of balloons that never got the chance to fly. >> we heard from a lot of people who were concerned. >> reporter: the original plan

the first alert weather team is tracking the radar tonight, right now the rain is scattered across the area, but concentrated in one particular area. >> sheena parveen is here. >> one area seeing quite a bit of rain. this area has been seeing rain for quite a while. just some showers around, the ones we do have are in fact very heavy. mostly in bucks county, this also was occurring in lower montgomery county. still near abington. it stretches up toward buckingham, continueny couple township. and that's where we see heavy rain. aside from the heavy rain leading to localized flooding, we have radar and hail, this is right around doylestown too. this is one area we're looking at dangerous driving conditions. the flood threat here with the flash flood warning stretching up into parts of bucks county. this is going to go until 7:30, we've seen a couple inches of rain sofa
