we could not resist the scent of a delicious male cooking in our kitchen where the "today" food team invited the chef and owner of lupulo and aldea -- pronounced all wrong? >> no, you nailed it. >> so, sure, you can grow burger, right? but george has brought along his recipe for pork tender line with a side of heirloom tomato salad. we can not wait. >> black olive, olive oil, vinegar. >> spells so good, by the way. >> what do we need. >> well, we're going to start with pork tenderloin. we make a marinade out of extra virgin olive oil.

red pepper flakes, bay leaf and thyme so we'll start with the olive oil. it's just a marinade. very shallow. >> i'm never good at. this how long? >> generally overnight. if you're in a hurry, like three to four hours is good but the best thing is while you're sleeping at night your pork is marinading and developing those luscious flavors. >> what goes in with the olive oil? >> olive oil, a spritzy white wine, some thyme leaves and some bay leaf that you want to tear up so that you release all of the flavor and then some red pepper flakes and some paprika. you can whisk that up, jenna, get those -- disperse the paprika in there. >> this is like vino verde, the wine that's sparksparkling? i love that. >> great for summertime. >> then dump the pork loin in
