police south jersey are investigating the mysterious death of a 14-year-old during a sleep over. she was found dead at home along the 200 block of barns borrow road in man thieua township. she and teammates from her soccer club spent the night at the home. police say the death is not suspicious. teammates plan to hold a candlelight vigil for her tonight. tonight a man is in critical condition after a shooting in camden county overnight. police found the 34-year-old victim just after 1:00 this morning this the parking lot the wouldland village apartment complex. a possible person of interest was seen running from the area. so far, no arrests. growing drought concerns in the garden state. thousand lack of rain is impacting farmers, and possibly your water supply. plus, we've got a break from

keeney now. now your nbc 10 plert weather with meteorologist brittney shipp. >> we had a great start to the weekend. temperatures staying in the 80s, done with the heat wave finally. but we are going to start to warm things back up as we head into tomorrow and into monday. and then once again back into the 90s heading into next week. a dry weekend on tap although i am tracking the return of storms in the seven-day forecast. there is a look outside. mix of sun and clouds, 83 degrees. humidity is down to 44%. it should have felt comfortable throughout day today. wind speeds out of the southeast at 8 miles per hour. and across the rest of the region, similar conditions in allentown, low 80s. but look at cape may a lot cooler, 75 with plenty of sunshine. quite a spread with the temps. comer air coming off the ocean. that's always nice, especially since it was too hot for you over the past couple of days. 80 in trenton.

more moisture coming up from the south. we are going to see the high pressure strengthening closer to us, so our temperatures will continue to climb as we head into the next couple of days. tomorrow is going to be very warm. 87 in if fill. 82 in wildwood. temperatures in the poconos, close to 80. still comfortable. still dealing with a moderate rip current risk at least until 8:00 p.m. tonight. keep that in mine. sunday, 80 degrees and sunny. labor day, 82 and sunny. for this even, our temperatures are going to drop down into the 70s -- or the 60s i should say for philadelphia. 61 for the suburbs to the north and west. tomorrow a little warmer than what we saw today. temperature also range between 85 and 88 degrees. but lots of sunshine sticking around. your seven-day forecast shows we get close to 90 degrees on your actual labor day and we track a series of storms thursday into next weekend. a great day to tailgate.
