11:49 am
there's the south wind. of course, where it comes together, that's where the storms are going to be the highest but it also shows you the temperature difference. it's only in the low 70s in much of pennsylvania where it was in the 80s in delaware and parts of south jersey. the wind direction makes the big difference. so, there's some kind of low pressure center right near the area. that's right where those showers and storms are in delaware. we have one right across philadelphia. and the delaware river. it has not been moving very much. and so -- while it's been spreading towards northeast philly into lower bucks county but it's stretching out a little bit. so, this is the kind of thing we could produce some localized flooding. it just sits over the same spot for a couple of hours and you can get a couple of inches of rain very clearly. once again, still center city getting a little bit but just on the edge. it's more like right near i-95 and the delaware river. as you can see, all the way up
