dogged sniffed. >> reporter: police found stephenless steel containers and the homeowner was called in and said that this is all nonsense. >> it's a waste of money. they should be doing things that the they're catching somebody that's doing something. >> he is a firearms dealer according to police that took custody of a gun and knife. the homeowner swears that he has done nothing illegally. >> police deem the home unliveable. neighbors say that it's a close call. >> it's woeird for this all sine it's a safe and calm town. >> he has not been honest with them. it helps that they're looking and taking every precaution. >> now the homeowner has not been charged or arrested. police found other things inside of the home.

they're trying to identify and that's what they're investigating at the moment. we're live with nbc10 news. and tonight's new question on what happened to a 3-year-old boy found dead in south jersey. a lawyer for the father says that the toxicology reports came back negative. that could mean that the investigators did not find drugs. the body was found in the woods nearly three weeks ago in township. the autopsy results were inconclusive. we have new video tonight of a deadly encounter end side of a meat market on saturday night. the owner and the brother fired back and killing two of the gunman. now a reward for the three gunman that got away. the owner will not be charged.
