around 7:00, we vice president footage from the scene. police did find a man in the water. there investigators have been finding pieces of that plane. 911 calls started coming in shortly before 8:00 last night. it wasn't long before that debris was, in fact, spotted in the atlantic ocean a mile and a half off shore. we have questions, how many people were on that plane and what connection those passengers may have to our area, considering the take off. in the pentime, the faa says it has no reports of missing aircraft in the area. they are investigating at this hour. nypd officers can be heard saying they recovered a piece of that wing him we saw a photo that appears to be a part of that aircraft. i am working on playing a part of that audio in a few many

wants. >> all right. we are following more breaking news from overnight. someone shot two people pence an apartment. still sorting out the details hear. we earlier had heard the people involved in this may be dead, but at this time that information seems to be changing. we're still trying to verify exactly what the status of though victim ares is, katy zachary joins us live. >> reporter: chris, i have been keeping you at the station updated. i did just get information from investigators out here on the scene that they are investigating a double homicide out here. so here's what happened, around 11:20 last night, montgomery radio got a call for this shooting on sandy street. it's the park place apartment in norris town. officers responded. they immediately got in touch with fellow officer, relayed to montgomery county radio.

they had two shooting victims inside this building. i am hearing from investigators out here who have been on this scene, they are investigating this as a double homicide. initially, we had heard reports there may be a small child involved. we told there were no children involved in this case. i can tell you as i have been standing out here, people who are familiar with this apartment complex, either live here or know people here, have come up, they're looking at the investigators, because this case has drawn out quite a few investigator, both from the for ris town police department as well as the montgomery district attorney's office. some people have been very distraught works have walked up to me, one person in particular was on her phone. se kept repeating to me, where is he? where is he? she was escorted into the building and taken from here to the for ris town police department. i called the police department several times to try to get more information as to what kind of background may have occurred

here. they say they are conducting investigation, interviews rather at this hour and the investigation continues. we'll stay on this story and be back in touch with you in about an hour. >> all right, katy, thanks for that. happening today, a judge ordered attorney general kathleen cane to answer questions surrounding the jerry sandusky child abuse investigation. last week cane said the judge leaked secret information. the judge who is hearing sandusky's appeal ordered her to produce evidence supporting that, yesterday the judge said cane reported she had no e-mail reporting any such leak. today sandusky's lawyer will question her under oath. he is appealing his conviction. the philadelphia woman accused of prisoning several adults in her basement, is is pecked to

get a life sentence, prosecutors decided not to seek the death penalty. they found four disabled adults held captive, chained in the din just boiler room, they say she kidnapped the victims, chained them up in order to claim their disability checks. two of the women later died. making a popular excercise trail safer is the focus of a puck u public meeting. people who use the schuylkill trail are accused of being harassed on bicycles. one of the teens groeb groped her. today city council will meet with police and park officials to look for ways to improve safety on the trail. this morning, investigators will continue looking for two puppies stolen from a philadelphia home. they also want to know how the mother wounds up dead. a neighbor found a five-year-old pitbull hanging on the pens, the

doylestown, philadelphia cloudy, 57. the fog thickened in south jersey. millvale has thick fog. this is from mount laurel, new jersey, 295 you see the fog in the air. one of the track cameras, fog is going to be a big issue in central new jersey, especially, in parts of southern new jersey as well. the thick fog extends from mount holly, trenton, rice town, somerville to the north. toms river seeing dense fog and for millvale. it's thick to start with. and we got some showers to, a line of showers, light rainfall here. it's starting to move into southern chester county. they won't last long. it didn't look like they will be heavy. neighborhood by neighborhood forecast. in spite of all that we will see a warm-up into the 70s, so unusual this time of area. 72 for allentown and redding,

. >> look at this, we have new video taken in the after math of that saturday plane crash in egypt. the video here was shot by egyptian military members two hours after the crash. you could see earlier smoke and debris coming from the crash site along with emergency crews loading bodies of victims into a hock. and british and u.s. officials now say that new information suggests that that russian jetliner was brought down by a bomb. communications intercepted by u.s. intelligence points to isis or isis sympathizers as being behind the deadly attacks. all 224 people on board died. forensic evidence from the crash site. meantime, the british government is suspending flights to and from the sinai peninsula as a precaution. happening today, a community conversation between neighbors and police in coatesville, chester county. this is the second time police will come together. business owners we spoke with

that showed less high school juniors are ready for college. teaching candidates must have a full year of student teaching before they get certified. they have to go through a state evaluation system. another sure sign that the holiday season is approaching. the salvation army's red kettle campaign is going digital this season. oh the traditional holiday drive, which has been around for more than a century, kicks off today at the beliveau hotel. the symbolic red kettles aren't going. volunteers will be out ringing bells and collecting donations. officials say fewer people carry cash these days. so donations have dwindled. so the salvation army is trying to raise awareness about the online kettle campaign. >> it doesn't take off quite the way we'd like to. when you go online through our website, you find the red kettle there, the one you are used to seeing. you can click on that, let your friends know about it. raise money for the community

areas. 57 degrees, it's milder this morning. no fog in cape may, but interior new jersey, you will see the thick fog. it won't last all day. once the fog clears, you can see the low fog. then it is shower activity. you see scattered showers moving in northeast maryland into southern chester county. very light showers. the showers are already falling apart. so we'll see lots of clouds during the day today. we start off with areas of fog. 57 degrees at 6:00. by 9:00, 62, slowly climbing in the upper 60s by lunchtime. a scattered shower is possible this morning. it's also a possibly we will see showers over the week. saturday ske 63 degrees, the high, a chance of light showers, sunshine is back in full force on sunday with a high of 58. full 7-day forecast in the next half hour. >> okay. bill. 20 minutes after 4:00 now.

church. historically an avr african-american church. leaders believe they were specifically targeted. >> overall, i'm very disgusted about i. it's very hurtful to us as african-americans that have to deal with the session like this. >> church leaders contacted family members of the deceased. police are now investigating. if you have any information about who may be responsible, do the right thing and call accident. state police. we have new information about the little boy who has cancer who received an overdose of chemotherapy at a local hospital. his parents tell us he is still critical but his condition is improving. they took these photos with their nearly one-year-old baby yesterday at children's hospital. isaac was transferred there from st. christophers hospital. the doctors gave him ten times the amount of prescribed chemotherapy needed to treat his rare form of cancer.
