>> just sit it in the cold water. >> yep. a cold water bath. ideally you add water every half hour to mature a nice thawed turkey for thanksgiving. >> what's the craziest question you have been asked about your turkeys? >> you know, we have some creative callers over the years, and it usually goes about how people thaw their turkey. we have heard everything from the jacuzzi, we heard a lady who got a dishwasher and wanted to run it through the dishwasher cycle. definitely cute callers over the years. >> wow. >> is there a right way to carve it? because there are always different ways to do that. >> you know, a lot of times it's about tradition. i know that my father likes to use his electric carver. you know, the kids, all the grandchildren gather round and he brings the box down to carve the turkey, but really it's about tradition. we say that's our throwback thanksgiving this year. we have fun memories, just like
