i saw one major helicopter about 25, 30 feet above the water. kiefer mckenna was at the when a pontoon boat flipped over. waves were pretty rough today, the water was a little chillier than normal. the water was around 50 degrees. >> reporter: new jersey state police say seven men were launch sbotz the water. 66-year-old alex and a 74-year-old died. nypd tried to get to the men. >> one wave came up behind it and almost tipped it and as soon as it hit, it just kind of sat there and the next wave came up right behind it and tipped it over the rest of the way. >> four of the guys were taken to ocean medical, but we're told they're expected to be okay , one of the victims was treated on the scene. state police believe a large swell caused the boat to capsize. >> it's very heart breaking that two people could actually die from this, and it was so close

because temperatures were so warm, unseasonably warm, and we have a record high temperatures, a lot of areas were closed to record highs. a record high 65 degrees, as we go into the weekend, it will start off cloudy through your saturday, we'll have some showers around, not an all day thing, and we don't expect much of a heavy rain either, it will be mostly light, it won't be ruining your plans though. so starting off your saturday, for tomorrow, 8:00 in the morning, low 50s, not as cool in the morning, closer to upper 50s. by 3:00 p.m., we'll see some scattered showers throughout the day. but nothing major at a this point, temperatures dropping off a bit as we go through saturday. still mild and above normal. monday we'll be dropping down to around 49 degrees, so finally closer to normal for sunday and monday. here's a look at the area right now, we have the clouds around and we also have a few light

showers trying to move into the poconos. but the main area with rain, that's still back off to our west. so some of this will try to move in tomorrow. but it doesn't look like a lot across the area. so here's what future weather's showing, we're still kind of mild outside right now. then tomorrow 9:00 a.m., we start the see some spotty showers, north of philadelphia. so certainly not everyone is going to be waking one rain. even by about noon tomorrow, some spotty showers around and they should be on the light side. by 9:00 p.m., cold front moves through taking the rain with it. showers still lingering by sunday morning, south of philadelphia, but this is on the lighter side but this should clear up as we go through the day on sunday. cooler temperatures will be coming in that will be carrying into monday. mid to upper 40s, again not as cool as we have seen recently, but we will see those clouds increasing, we will see some showers around, but generally on the lighter side but pretty
