area. the only precipitation to watch. it's not going to be here is snow falling if western pennsylvania. that's colder air that will be moving into the area, keeping our temperatures short of the 60 degrees mark. which is what we saw yesterday. a steady breeze out of the northwest at 12 miles an hour. it could be gusting to 30 miles an hour or above this afternoon. so clouds are tlin thinning out. sunshine will warms up to 46 degrees at 9:00, dropping down to about 45. then up to 48 degrees at noontime today. i'll go through your forecast neighborhood by neighborhood. right now, katy zachary has your first look at track. >> you know today is the better day to get out to work and school than yesterday. we're not dealing with the mist or the fog. this is a live look starting off if new jersey, in camden. this is a great shot. no issues to report on any of the majors in new jersey.

moving into pennsylvania, your drive times on the schuylkill expressway westbound between the vine street and the blue route. that's going to take you 11 minutes. eastbound center city philadelphia. no issues to report. moving south into delaware, if you are driving on 95 into the wilmington area, are you traveling northbound between 295 and 495, it will be a quick trip as well. >> thanks for that. that non-stop popping is the gunshots in california taken by a neighbor near the spot where police track down the suspects. the two suspects are dead. police say they were husband and wife. nbc 10, matt delush sha is following the developments. tell us more. >> reporter: tracy, it's been a long evening and a long night. investigators continue searching

the home of the suspects and believe they may have that man and woman, the people that were involved in this shooting, that are dead at this point and this is one of the suspects. we have a pick here. a 28-year-old syed thfarook. he and a woman killed 14 people and injured 17 yesterday afternoon. police believe the two had some sort of relationship. whether they were married on engaged today. farook was a county employee. officials say he attended a party and then left. later returning with malik, carrying assault rifles and semi automatic handguns. both suspects fled and were later killed in a shootout with swat officers. looking at that video right here. someone with a cell phone recorded the sounds of the gunfire being exchanged with police. michelles don't have a motive for this mass shooting. but they have not ruled of mass terrorism. >> many farook is a county

plants. christopher clark is facing cardinals, including manufacturing and possessing drugs. happening today, representatives from the montgomery county district attorney's loves talk to students at white marsh high school about sexting. they'll hold assemblies for 19th or 10th graders. this sex was scheduled before police began investigating sect at that school. last month authorities started looking into a drop box full of pictures of female students. residents in delaware county have a chance to express their concerns over a proposed development of several public hearings. poerng 12more than 200 acres, townhouses and a park, construction and retail stores are expected to bring thousands of jobs to the area. many think a forest needs to be make way for that project.

>> which continue to follow the massive shooting in san bernardino. relatives say the two were married. both died in a gun battle with police following the shooting. investigators are looking for a motive, which could include work place violence or possibly terrorism. president obama was doing an interview with cbs when he was first told about the shooting. he offered condolence for the victims and tear families and called for tougher gun control laws. >> there are steps we can make to make america safer. we should come towing with the government to make these rare as opposed to normal. >> among the measures the president called for are stronger background checks. democratic presidential candidate hillary clinton also weighed in, in a tweet, she said, i refuse to accept this as normal.
