punishment. city workers found human skeletal remains in a vacant lot. sky force 10 over the scene. it's too scene to determine gender and length of time remains have been there. investigators work to determine the cause of death. the search is on for the cause of a fire that damaged a mosque in atlantic city. investigators say it doesn't look suspicious. the mosque is on atlantic laef. the building went up in flames around 4:00. no one was hurt but part of the roof collapsed and narrowly missed firefighters. three brothers convicted in a terror plot at ft. dix are in a fight to earn their freedom. all five are serving life sentence for plotting to attack the military base in 2007. today, three of them went to court to battle for a new trial, arcing their lawyers are the reason they're in prison now.

learned the los angeles district attorney will not file criminal charges against him. the district attorney says it was looking into claims that sexual assault from 1965 and 2008 but the district attorney says both alleged incidents happened too long ago and he cannot file charges because of the statute of limitations. also today we learned cosby's next appearance in an elkins courtroom has been postponed. he had been scheduled to appear in court for his preliminary hearing january 14th. cosby's attorneys requested the delay. no new date has been set. 78-year-old comedian charged last month in montgomery count tu with sexual assault. he is accused of drugging and segu segu sexually assaulting woman in elkins park. legislation introduced to strip cosby of his presidential medal of freedom. the group, promoting awareness victim empowerment partnered with the representative to push the matter through congress. the medal of freedom is the

nation's highest civilian honor. police want your help tracking down a pair of armed hoverboard thiefs. they released this video outside a rec center. it shows two gunmen robbing a group of teenagers on december 18th. you can see a robber chased several teens up a staircase. the teens took the hoverboard, iphone, bookbag. police in south jersey looking for two people who robbed this convenience store a week ago. thieves taking money from the cash register at the knickknack market. police haven't said how much money robbers took. also new at 4:00, department store employees under arrest for allegedly attacking co-workers. police arrested anthony wiglusz, jr. facing assault and endangerment charges. it happened kohl's store.

police say he attacked two women in the break room and he admitted to taking two narcotic pills prior to the incident. the women are expected to be okay. a bad extension cord powering a space heater started the fire in montgomery county the fire broke out over 5:00. the man's recovering from smoke inhalation. this is the third fire involving a space heater in our area in the past week. investigators still trying to figure out what started this major house fire in abbington. this video from the ross lynn fire department shows the smoke billowing from the house. a woman and child were able to escape. new information today about an upper darby man shot to death by police officers. police say the 54-year-old called 911 yesterday claiming he was suicidal and dangerous.

against bill cosby. the last hour, we've learned the los angeles district attorney will not file criminal charges against him. harry hairston live in the digital operations center with the very latest. what happens now? >> in documents released the district attorney says it was looking into claims two sexual assault allegations made against cosby. the cases in question from 1965, 2008. in those cases the district attorney indicated insufficient evidence to prove crime beyond a reasonable doubt led to dismissal. the 1965 case had passed the statute of limitations. now also today, we are learning cosby's next appearance in an elkins park courtroom has been postponed. he had been scheduled to appear in court for his hearing january 14th. cosby's attorneys requested the delay. the 78-year-old
