officers' families online. this is david millbourn. investigators say he confessed this follows a threat made against schools yesterday in chester. police arrested a 17-year-old girl after an online post that officers say threatened to kill black and shoot up schools in the chester upland school district. he claims he knows the teen and put her up to it. i'm lauren mayk. we'll have a full hour of news coming up in about 30 minutes. you can always get the latest news and weather at the nbc 10 app. now back to the "today" show. have a great day.
