down the pike we have great opportunity so we're feeling good. >> going into tonight sanders has about half the number of delegates as clinton. 1198 and 572. there are almost 800 up for grabs tonight. and you can find out who wins each state's primary decision 2016 coverage tonight by having the nbc 10 app. a student has been expelled who was caught on video bullying another student on the school bus. take a look at this video. it was posted to social media by the mother of the child who was bullied. the district says the bullied child will transfer to another school. nbc 10 is talking to the victim's mother. we'll hear from her all new. a scare for a few students in burlington county when a car crashed into the back of a school bus. you can see here that crash happened in burlington city. two students on the bus went to the hospital to get checked out

as a precaution. both drivers were injured. to our weather. get ready for roller coaster ride. it's going to warm up, then a frosty weekend, even the potential for snow in spring. >> glenn "hurricane" schwartz joins us with his first alert forecast. the snow is not over, glenn. >> not necessarily. spring officially begins on sunday, and that's actually our best chance for seeing any snow in the next week or so. we've seen snow not only through the end of march but into april and even may. we once had a huge snowstorm easter sunday in april. of course that was 1915. not too many of us around then. you can see a lot of sunshine, finally at the end of the day. took all day for the skies to clear. we've had the low clouds and the fog and drizzle. that kept the temperature down in the 50s in most of the area

now. 57 degrees in dover. and those temperatures are going up in the 60s over the next couple of days, then on friday we go down to 54, saturday down to 47. sunday down to 42 for the high. and by late in the day or night, it should be cold enough for at least a mixture with snow in parts of the area. it's a storm along the east coast. more on that threat and chances for rain ahead of that with the 7 day in a few minutes. new at 6:00, lawyers for the man accused of ambushing two pennsylvania state troopers in poconos want that trial to be moved. eric frein is facing murder and attempted murder charges. in 2014 he led police on a 7-week manhunt after he shot two troopers in pike county. his attorneys say the extensive media coverage of the case warrants a change of venue. corporal dix deny not survive the attack. frein has pled not guilty.

prosecutors are seeking"ravt death penalty. a pennsylvania supreme court justice stepped down today amid a pornographic e-mail scandal. judge michael eakin had been suspended for his role, he is accused of exchanging lewd and offensive e-mails with friends in the state attorney general's office. the 67-year-old has served on the high court since 2002. governor wolf has not set a time line to name a replacement. two women attacked near pennypack park days apart and police think it's two different attackers. by their description. the first attack happened last wednesday night around 8:30 on ron street. a man tried to carry a woman waiting for the bus saturday on frankfort avenue. pamela joins us live at the crime alert for women. >> reporter: police are telling me that they are looking into these two reported assaults but do not believe the two as you mentioned are connected.

>> these woods, i heard stories about stuff happening around these woods. it's not like it's -- i don't think it's getting better. >> reporter: bruce works in the area of frankfort avenue near pennypack park. even he says he wouldn't want to get caught here after dark. >> it gets eerie quiet like almost scary quiet. >> reporter: it was after 10:00 saturday evening a woman waiting for a bus told police a man tried to grab her and pull her into pennypack park. the man report lid tried to pick her up but she fought until she got away from her attacker who she described as a 5'4" man in his late teens or early 20s. >> i'm frightened because it's always me and him. so we won't be out here waiting for the bus. >> reporter: this is the second reported assault that police are looking into at pennypack park. on wednesday evening a 22-year-old woman was walking alone along a popular biking trail when a man dragged her,

restrained her and then sexually assaulted her. this is a sketch of the suspect that police want you to see. he is described a heavy set man with a light colored beard and a heart shaped tattoo on his chest. philadelphia police are asking anyone with information to give them a call. reporting live, pamela osborne for "nbc 10 news." new at 6:00, it's going to be easier to find a parking spot along camden's water front. the planning board is expected to approve the final plans at a meeting next month. it will be built between federal street and mar tun luther king jr. boulevard. the lot would help with the traffic expected when several companies move their facilities to camden. the sixers new practice facility will soon call camden home. the sixers provided this video of confrux uner day. the new facility expected to open in the fourth quarter of this year. demonstrators came together

this afternoon to protest temple university's proposed football stadium. they met during the board of trustees meeting. five students were allowed in. to learn more about the plans. protesters say it's a way to kick local residents out but temple officials say it will showcase the campus and grow ñ economy. >> police in chester county released a new photo of that mask that was worn by a robbery suspect when he broke into a woman's home and tied her up. the robbery took place early sunday morning. police are looking for the man you see in this picture on the right. this is also the picture we showed you yesterday. he made off with jewelry, a car and an atm card. here's what's new. a clear picture of what that actual mask looks like. police hope that someone will recognize this unique mask since the suspect wore it from the scene of the robbery to the atm where he withdrew money. >> new at 6:00.

a thief got away with silver coins after a daytime break-in in morristown, someone broke into a home on east oak avenue between 9:30 and 4. the back door was forced open, silver, silver coins and jewelry were all taken. in less than an hour a new captain takes over the reins as the next district fire chief in washington township. tonight patrick dullgos will be sworn in. he is a long time veteran, spent 32 years with the washington township fire district. no drilling off the coast of the jersey shore in delaware. president obama's administration removed the atlantic ocean to allow for oil and gas exploration. new jersey and delaware lawmakers said the threat of an oil spill could cripple the coast environment and economy. >> a three-month investigation ended with a child pornography bust. detectives arrested phillip drumheller at his home in

i've been in the hospital twenty three times since. the bills started to pile up. i had nothing to give. we had nothing in the refrigerator. i would be dead and not sitting here right now if it wasn't for pond lehocky. new at 6:00, a frightening scene at a restaurant in philadelphia's west oak lane neighborhood. two masked men armed with guns robbed a man at the silver star kitchen earlier this month. the same two guys were caught on video just yesterday at a grocery store. in that robbery one of the men had a gun with a silencer attached. no one was seriously hurt. child's play turned into a scare for a delaware family. an 11-year-old girl held onto a

log in a creek until rescuers got there. >> so scary. tim furlong reports from new castle county. >> she was white faced and her hands blueish. >> reporter: when a neighbor happened to look out and see the 11-year-old girl clinging to a log in the creek she called 911 and ran to get her namer. >> we ran down there and i yanked off my shoes and jumped in. it went all the way up to my waist. >> the girl had been playing alone along the creek when she fell in monday night. nobody is sure how long she was in the water, a creek much higher and moving more quickly after all of the rain. >> i could barely feel my legs. she might not have made it long. >> he couldn't get her to safety but firefighters got therement they train for this stuff. they were able to make it through the water and over the muddy bottom to communicate with her, they assured the girl they were going to get her out and they did. >> we still don't know why the

girl was out here playing alone by the creek on a rainy day. we do know she is going to be okay. she got lucky. lucky that a neighbor happened to be looking out of her window at exactly the right time. that's the only way anyone would have known the girl was out here. >> god was looking down on her. >> and so was one neighbor who got the rescue mission rolling. >> this was an incident where everybody did what they were supposed to do. tearing down the old to make way for the new. >> right now crews are getting read the demolish the norman bloomberg amoupartments as part a bigger project. the philadelphia housing authority will implode two of the three high rises here saturday morning. the third building will be renovated and turned into senior housing. 1200 affordable and market rate apartments will go up in their place. about 18 months since the last implosion of a housing

authority building. the high rise came tumbling down in 2014. those temperatures are going to be tumbling down as we head toward the weekend. even though we've got a warm-up coming don't expect it to last. we've been damp and chilly for the second day in a row. finally seeing some clearing at the end of the day here. that's going to set us up for some warmer weather tomorrow. significantly warmer. and then by the time we get to the end of the weekend it's cold enough for snow. and there may be a storm to go along with that. we are finally seeing some blue in that sky. it's taken all day. here in philadelphia. and other parts of the area. 53 degrees, officially cloudy skies at the airport. the wind not strong enough to clear us out earlier. visibility is pretty good. and the temperatures generally in the 50s, still 46 degrees in

westchester. so we haven't even gotten to the 50-degree mark there and the clouds have not broken up yet. 50 degrees in glassboro another one of the cool spots, 57 in dover one of the warm spots, temperatures are 5 to 10 degrees warmer than they were at this time yesterday. but in the poconos, 18 degrees warmer with a little sunshine. the atmosphere yeah, it's warming up. we've got 52 degrees today in philadelphia, going up to the 60s tomorrow. and on thursday. friday, down to 54. saturday down to 47. and sunday even colder than that. we've had mainly light rain during the day today. even that has fallen apart. moved out. and drier air moving in from the west. but there is the next system already. just racing eastward through the middle of the country. and the computers show that there's a band of showers that

comes through here later tomorrow and into tomorrow evening. most of the day is dry. with some sunshine. temperatures pushing to the 60s. we dry out again, you think dry on thursday but no, another weak system coming through with showers then. we dry out thursday night, and then there's another one coming in for friday. with more showers possible. so, none of them are rainy days, not big storms but each day has a chance of showers. by sunday, we're talking about a coastal storm, a nor'easter developing, it could be warm enough to start off as rain and then perhaps change over to snow especially at nighttime. and yeah, there is a chance for accumulation if everything comes together. more on that coming 11:00 tonight. mostly cloudy and mild for march. 46 degrees for the low tonight. and then tomorrow, back into the 60s, but late showers, you still need to bring the umbrellas tomorrow and the rest of the
