help others remember. we haven't had a lot of days of snow this winter, but looks like we'll add at least one as we go into the weekend. we're tracking some rain showers this afternoon, but colder air is going to be coming in starting tomorrow night. setting us up for the weekend and by sunday it's cold muff for snow. across most of the area. we have cloudy skies across much of the region. 58 degrees, mild for this time of year. 58 in philadelphia, 59 in trenton. and we've seen temperatures go into the 60s in several parts of the area. especially south. wilmington is 60 now, dover 61. it was 67 degrees just an hour or so ago. so the temperature starting to come down. only because it's late in the day and there's showers around.

tomorrow, still on the mild side but then we take a plunge for saturday, a high of only 47. by sunday with snow falling during much of the day, that will prevent the temperature from going up very much. staying in the 30s. you can see showers that we've had,óñ racings from west to eas across the area. diminishing already. becoming very light and even more widely scattered. more back to the west, but those two should be falling apart as the sun goes down. you can see this on the futurecast. as we go into tomorrow we start off dry again. it's a windy day, relatively mild day. we'll watch what happens, we may see showers break out during the afternoon. probably not as much as tift as what we saw today. plenty of activity over the weekend. this storm, nor'easter develops, and as it gets far enough offshore to help keep cold air in here, now we are talking snow. the blue colors indicating

out there right now. objectsly it's too warm for snow at the moment. but this nor'easter is going to be developing early sunday along the north carolina coast, and as it tracks offshore it looks like it's going to be cold enough for snow. may be some rain especially toward the shore. so it's not 100% snow, over 100% of the area, but there should be enough cold air for enough hours to produce significant snow for much of the area. let's take a look at the time line. 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., the snow starts, as it starts it would be melting, the roads are warm. and then the time of day, we have daytime hours, late in march, sun's rays are strong so a lot of it melts. but as it gets heavier, some of it could start sticking. it looks like it's going to be all snow north and west, then as we get dark on sunday night, we lose the heating of the day, that's when it can start to accumulate more in and around
5:31 pm
philadelphia and parts of delaware and south jersey. so it's going to mix with rain during the daytime and philadelphia south and east all snow north and west, and significant accumulation is likely across a large portion of the area. once again, don't be fooled by the fact that temperatures are in the 60s today and going to be in the 60s again tomorrow. this kind of thing happens during springtime occasionally. we do have showers across the area, but they really weakened over the last hour or so. more on the snow potential with the rest of the seven-day in a few minutes. right now at 5:30, video of passengers evacuating a crowded septa bus when police boarded to arrest a man for attempted murder. police say this passenger was wanted for a shooting a teen employee at a fast food restaurant. deanna durante live at septa headquarters. >> you asked police for this video when they made the arrest last week. why did they release it today? >> reporter: they are saying
