weeks from shutting the doors to city hall and leaving its workers without paychecks. >> today the mayor and governor engaged in another battle of the blame game with each pointing the finger at the other. mayor guardian wrapped up a news conference and 20 minutes of nonstop news continues with cydney long. >> you were listening to the mayor. tell us what happened. >> reporter: well, keith and jacqueline, mayor guardian said that governor christie is dead wrong on how atlantic city a major tourist hub spends its money and he says the planned shutdown of city hall next month may be the first of many. two weeks from tomorrow, april 8, atlantic city will temporarily shut its doors but not lock them as they work to solve the fact that the resort will run out of money in april. mayor guardian says of its 950 employees so far 200 or more raised hands to not collect a paycheck so long as they collect unemployment. others are volunteering to work

regardless. it has to be cleared by labor force higher ups. >> atlantic city going to look like on april 9, i can tell you it's not going to look different than today except probably have about 20,000 people in town for the largest beer festival on the east coast. the trash is going to be picked up. and the police are going to be in full service. >> it comes as the governor spoke about atlantic city's dire cash crisis on the radio. christie will only sign legislation that reworks how atlantic city collects taxes so casinos don't sink them further into debt with appeals. and he favors a full state takeover that strips atlantic city of its government sovereignty. >> you have a city in that condition then the state has to step in and take more aggressive steps. you have to say to the mayor and council you failed. you failed. >> on the takeover, guardian says there's no deal. >> he's dead wrong. are we going to run out of money, absolutely.

in lehigh valley. now police in allentown are looking for the shooter. a 39-year-old man was shot and killed yesterday near roosevelt park in allentown a. 23-year-old man was also shot in the leg and back. he survived. we transition now to the terror in brussels. >> in the past hour belgium lowered its terror threat level but said another attack is still possible. also today prosecutors say a suicide bomber who struck in the brussels subway station rented a house used as a hideout for the paris attackers and he had been hunted by police since december. belgian and french media report a second attacker may be at large after taking part in the bombing. prosecutors haven't said how many people overall may have taken part in the bombings that left more than 30 dead. seven iranian computer spurts charged with cyber attacks. the u.s. attorney general and fbi announced the charges today.

temperatures in the 70s. either way nice weather today. but take a look at what will happen through the next few days. this is our pollen forecast. we have high pollen levels, tomorrow with the rain they are going to be very low. that's what rain does. it lowers the pollen levels. but then once we get the nice weather back in the forecast for the weekend, those pollen levels are going to shoot back up. for monday you see it drop, because we have more rain heading our way for monday. so really we have nice weather, pollen high, rainy, pollen's low. the wind i was mentioning, east wind for northeast philly, even trenton. temperatures here are cooler, otherwise a straight south wind for wilmington and dover. temperatures here are warmer. it's going to stay breezy through the night. locally dry, we'll stay this way through the evening. then off to the west there you see all of that rain, that will be moving in tomorrow starting with the morning commute so we do have rain in the forecast. here's future weather going through tonight. the clouds increase, tomorrow
