but you mess with my wife you mess with my kids that will do it every time. donald you're a sniveling coward and leave hide the hell alone. >> cruz is responding after trump sweeted this, unflattering photo of cruz's wife heidi next to his own wife with the caption that reads, no need to spill the beans, the images are worth 1,000 words. and this comes after trump threatened to spill the beans about heidi after an anti-trump group posted an ad featuring an old picture of melania trump posing nude for "gq" magazine. donald trump is leading the republican race in pennsylvania according to a new poll. trump has 33% compared to 30% for john kasich. ted cruz is third with 20%. for the democrats hillary clinton has a big lead in p.a., polling at 53%, compared to 28% for bernie sanders.

breaking news, another terror plt foiled, minutes ago the french interior minister says they arrested one person in a raid near paris, they believe they stopped a terror plot that was in the late stages. every hour new developments come out from the terror attacks in brussels. nbc news has learned the brothers suspected in the bombing of the airport were listed as potential terror threats in the united states data bases. turkey put out a new photo and said turkey warned belgium last summer he had ties to are the. belgium has lowered the threat level but another attack is likely and possible. flights in and out of brussels airport are now suspended through sunday. a georgia woman's boyfriend is among the missing in brussels. emily says she spoke to bart just before he left for the airport to board a plane to visit her. that was an hour before the

philly, a little chilly, mount holly, 47 in trenton. we have an onshore wind that moves in so those are cooler. philadelphia seeing a northeast wind. so that's dropping our temperatures in the low 60s now. 68 degrees wilmington. south wind in dover though. so if you're in delaware you have temperatures in the 70s and dover, 55 allentown, 57 degrees in pottstown. as we go through tonight we're going to see the clouds increasing but no rain yet. it's pretty far away. that rain will get here as we start off your day tomorrow. some thunderstorms in this and as it moves in tomorrow, we can't rule out a thunderstorm. but for tonight in the meantime as we go into the next hour or so, we're still going to be in the low 60s in the philadelphia area, we're still going to have that cooler wind direction. but then overnight by 10:00 p.m. mild and breezy around 60, clouds increasing, then tomorrow morning some scattered showers to start off your day by 8:00 a.m. temperatures in the upper 50s, coming up the timing of the afternoon showers, and also your easter weekend forecast that's

our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends during this difficult time. a delaware music teacher is busted. accused of sexually abusing a student. delaware state police say nicole sent sexually explicit images to a student. the 13-year-old's mother found the video of the teacher. she teaches in middle town. she was arrested yesterday. philadelphia school officials crunching numbers from the new budget. figuring out exactly how much more money they could get this year. the budget isn't the one the governor wanted but to end the nearly 9-month long impasse he announced he will not veto it. that means districts like philly will get cash they have been waiting for. >> those moneys would allow us to continue through the year and pay back the short-term loans we took out. that is really allowed us to go this far into the school year. >> the district borrowed more

than a half billion dollars costing between 5 and 8 million in interest. hollywood celebrities are helping children in philadelphia. today actors ice cube handed over a $5,000 check to the campaign. they are in town for a new movie barber shop the next cut. >> five candidates running in pennsylvania's direct congressional race will square off. incumbent representative schocka fattah is running despite his pending legal case. state representative dwight evans, brian gordon, and james jones will all square off tonight in center city at 7:00. thousands of families in philadelphia will now be able to get comcast high speed internet. today comcast announced it's expanding internet for about 5,000 low income families. internet essentials includes faster speeds, free wi-fi

commuters are using a busy bridge in philadelphia for the first time in nearly two months. nbc 10 was there as cars crossed the falls bridge late this afternoon. the bridge closed suddenly in february so workers could strengthen the steel floor beam. construction wrapped up today a week ahead of schedule. don't get fooled. there is a speeding ticket scheme targeting drivers in chester county. the e-mail has your license plate number but it's not legit. rosemary connors reports.

>> reporter: as if the drivers don't have enough to worry about on the road, police are now warning of a speeding ticket scam that starts in your in box. investigators have received complaints about e-mails from citation@safe browsing.com. it tells the victims where and when they were speeding, how fast, and claims to have a snapshot of their license plate. then there is a fine to pay. >> i think it's all about money. >> i think it's terrible. i think i would be inclined to send money. >> kind of scares you a bit to think about it. >> scary is one way police describe it because that driving information appears to be true, investigators believe the scammers are hacking free traffic and gps apps on your phone that may have access to your driving and personal information. >> i have one that tells you the commute to work. >> absolutely. weather apps, traffic apps. >> police are now urging drivers to pay attention to what you are downloading. >> it comes with an after

research. well, a nice day today, nice and dry too. but tomorrow it's going to be a little different, we're still unseasonably warm today and we'll still be that way with the rain tomorrow too. so there is rain in your friday forecast. it's going to start even for the morning commute. so keep that in mind before you leave. take the umbrella with you. the timing on this rain is looking good because we will be clearing out just in time for your easter week. i have that forecast in a second. mid-50s in allentown, 54 in bensalem. philadelphia 62 degrees, 68 in wilmington, 73 in dover, big temperature difference through parts of the area because we have a little bit of onshore wind that develops, so some cooler air trying to move in now. as far as the pollen is concerned, today we're high, because it's so dry outside. and as we go into tomorrow with the rain it's going to be a lot lower so if your allergies are

bothering you you'll get relief. over the weekend, sunshine comes back and so does the dry air, so those pollen levels are going to jump up again. monday they go down because we have rain moving in. that's what happens with the rain and the pollen. right now it's dry, still seeing mostly clear conditions, clouds increase, there's the rain for your friday i was talking about. it's approaching western p.a. and by early tomorrow morning we'll see some showers. now, in the meantime we're still going to be mild this evening, the rain will start to move in tomorrow morning, here's friday, 8:30 in the morning, you see showers moving in, mostly to the lehigh valley and the poconos, can't rule out showers for the morning commute and some thunderstorms either. by midday tomorrow, noon, we'll see showers around but then through the evening commute that's all clearing out. and we start to dry out into easter weekend. saturday and sunday temperatures milder as we go into your easter sunday so looking really good. sun rise easter morning 6:52 a.m. and temperatures comfortable,
