snow. not prolonged period of snowfall but we could certainly see wintery precip. 67. still windy. winds gusting near 25 miles an hour. we still have a strong south wind and now we have overcast skies for most of the area like we had late this afternoon and for now, we actually have some showers with it. so some overnight showers not out of the question mostly on the light side. majority will be here tomorrow. here is the closer look at delaware county, chester county and also 76 going into the philadelphia area. that's mostly light rain. lower montgomery near the p.a. turnpike seeing light rain and near trenton and mercer county we have the light rain there, too but for the rest of the area, pretty much cloud cover. more wet weather off to the west and southwest so for tomorrow, we have rain and thunderstorms in the forecast. here is future weather now overnight tonight. maybe some very light showers
11:20 pm
and by tomorrow morning for the commute, i don't think we'll see a ton of heavy rain. we could certainly see spotty showers but it will be a mild start. temperatures mainly in the mid 60s then closer to lunchtime and that looks like the better chance for heavier rain, maybe thunderstorms by 11:00 a.m. to noon and through the afternoon we could see another line of showers, maybe some thunderstorms try to move through. so it's not going to be an all day steady rain but i think we'll have periods of rain through the day. 8:00 tomorrow evening looks pretty good if you have the friday night plans but then come early saturday, some of this rain moves back in for the morning, hosely new jersey and delaware. even by the middle of the day possibly lingering but then we clear out more as we go later into saturday night and into your sunday. tonight, though, mild and windy. chance of a late shower still mostly through the overnight hours. tomorrow showers and storms windy and warm. temperatures mid to upper 70s for a high. so take the umbrella before you leave tomorrow and if you're in new jersey and delaware, keep it handy as you go into saturday.
11:21 pm
