100 feet before driving off. the paramedics rushed the motorcyclist to the hospital where he died. the driver also hit a car before speeding away in a gray pontiac aztec. new information tonight in the case of a south jersey nun accused of drunk driving in gloster county. a ruling is expected next wednesday for sister kimberly miller. she told the judge she can't remember anything about her arrest last november which was captured on dash cam. officers testified they saw her driving erratically and that she smelled of alcohol. sister miller says after an event at a bookstore, she went back to her north philadelphia convent, had a glass of wine, then took an ambien to help her sleep. the next thing she remembers is being at the police station in new jersey. >> she clearly took the ambien for medical reasons. she clearly didn't know about the warnings. >> sister miller says she has a

history of sleep walking. and takes medicine for an arthritic condition. new information tonight about the death of a baby at a lehigh county day care center earlier this month. tonight we learned that day care center has been shut down. 3-month-old makenna rose was found unresponsive back on april 1st. she died at a hospital. investigators say a staffer put the baby down for a nap and left her unsupervised for 25 minutes. police say the death does not appear suspicious. but they are waiting toxicology results. tonight a bill to legalized medical marijuana in pennsylvania is heading to the governor's desk. >> 149, nays are 46. >> this house vote on the issue today set off cheers from parents and lobbyists who have been fighting for the last year and a half to get the measure

things got a little heated outside trump's rally in downtown pittsburgh. protesters exchanged words with supporters. riot police dispersed the crowd. meanwhile, trump addressed the crowd inside. at one point even mentioning the late penn state football coach joe paterno. >> i know a lot about pennsylvania, and it's great. how's joe paterno? are we going to bring that back? right? how about that whole p deal. >> no charges for trump's campaign manager, according to politico. they will not prosecute corey lewandowski for battery. reporter michelle fields accused him of pulling her away from trump in a rally in march. fields may still pursue a defamation lawsuit. on the democratic side, both

hillary clinton and bernie sanders focused their efforts today in new york. >> the next president of the united states, hillary clinton! >> clinton held a rally at a community center in the bronx. she holds a double-digit lead over bernie sanders in new york. but instead of taking on her democratic rival, clinton focused instead on republican rival donald trump and ted cruz. sanders did not return the favor in front of 27,000 supporters in manhattan's washington square park. the vermont senator attacked clinton's use of super pacs and support of the iraq war. earlier in the day, sanders picked up the endorsement of a union representing 42,000 transit workers in the new york region. happening now, the masses turned out tonight to see the end of the kobe bryant era in los angeles. this was the scene outside the staples center just a few hours ago. >> please put your hands together for kobe bryant!

>> lakers facing the jazz tonight. the lower marion high school grad is retiring after 20 seasons in the nba. bryant walks away the owner of five nba championships, two olympic gold medals, 18 all-star selections and one nba mvp. he retires as third highest scorer in history. research shows philadelphia international airport is one of the worst offenders when it comes to passengers missing flights because of security delays. during spring break last month, nearly 6,800 passengers missed flights nationwide because of tsa checkpoint delays. philly joins seattle, los angeles in passenger volume. to speed things up, the tsa says it's hiring as many as 200 new officers every week. railroad union leaders blame

a perfect storm of corporate changes that killed two workers this month. in a letter to amtrak, union officials say workers are not being trained properly. and they called for changes in the way incidents are reported. amtrak says it's improving its safety culture. on april 2nd, a train hit a backhoe killing the equipment operator and a supervisor. the ntsb is still investigating. temperatures down around freezing again tonight. nbc 10 in university city this evening. there is a frost advisory out for pennsylvania and south jersey suburbs. let's get the latest on what you'll wake up to from sheena parveen. >> a cold morning, right? >> around freezing for parts of the area early tomorrow morning. not yet, though. temperatures are still in the 40s for much of the area where we do expect them to get at or below freezing. some of our new jersey suburbs now in the mid-30s, like

sheena parveen. >> well, temperatures are going to drop down again tonight. so we have more frost advisories, more freeze warnings, much of the area will be right around freezing by early tomorrow morning, so you may wake up to patchy frost around. otherwoods sunny and dry throughout the afternoon. fairly light winds overnight and dry stretch all the way into the weekend, which will eventually be warming up into the 70s by sunday. right now, though, we're still in the 40s north and west of philadelphia. these temperatures are going to keep on dropping, though. 47 degrees in the philadelphia area. but some spots like millville already at 36 degrees. atlantic city 39. so yes, we do expect those freezing temperatures to come into play. so our suburbs expected to be frosty tonight. temperatures by around sunrise will be the coldest, mostly mid to low 30s through much areas, many areas north and west of philadelphia. here, also south jersey. this shows us where we expect the frost and freeds. the purple, freeze warning.

blue frost advisory either way we expect temperatures to be around 32 degrees or colder in these areas. so by 8:00 a.m., we'll be seeing cold temperatures to at least to support some patchy frost. reaching around 60 as we go through the afternoon. nice sunshine as we go through the next several days, because of this big area of high pressure. we have no rain moving in anytime soon. and in fact, it looks really good all the way into the weekend. one indication of that, the pollen is going to stay high. it was high today at 10.6 on a scale from 0 to 12. so this really does show you how high it's going to be. even into friday, still above a 10 through your weekend, 10.9 by sunday. so we expect nice weather. if any rain were to come, you would see the pollen levels dropping and we don't see them dropping anytime soon. if you compare this past weekend to what we expect this week, huge difference. last weekend we had rain and snow on saturday. high of only 43. by sunday, only 50.
