fattah's son's unpaid debts to the university. fattah, jr. is serving time for a federal conviction on fraud charges. prosecutors say congressman fattah used campaign money to pay a consulting company, which then paid off his son's student loans. if you live in one camden county town, police want you to be vigilant and watch your elderly neighbors because three women preyed on an older couple on pump branch road in winslow township. they talked their way inside saying they cared for them in a recent medical pointment. the women drove a white van with florida tags. >> we heard this before where there's one or two -- two or more people going into a house, and why they're distracted, somebody else goes through the house. >> police don't believe anything was stolen, but don't take any chances. if someone suspicious knocks on the door, do not let them in and call the police right away. a traffic stop in delaware led police to take more than 200

that parking spot through a free app on her phone. >> i think that would be a lot better. >> reporter: the seaside resort rolled out the park mobile service this month for all 1800 parking meters. wildwood started using the app a fews ago. >> how many times do you come to park and you have no quarters? and nobody wants to give you change. so i think that's a great idea. >> reporter: after setting up an account and providing a payment method like a credit card, enter a parking zone number in the app to start the timer. you can remotely add time as well as long as it doesn't exceed the posted parking limit. >> i think they need to change that. >> basically to assist our customers in making it that much more convenient to pay the meter. >> reporter: the parking rate using the app is exactly the same, however, there is a convenience fee of 45 cents per transaction going to park mobile. >> to cover the service.
