fit for the dog and for the owner. tisha is tired, so she's being babied a little bit. i have a feeling once my kids see this this, i'll be part of that competition after work. cydney long, nbc 10 news. now to that breaking news on a woman found tied to a cinder block in a chester county pond. within the past hour, authorities identified her. the victim's name is ryan benjamin. she was 24 and a pre-k teacher who lived in the pots town. two men who were out fishing found her body on memorial day in a pond in east coventry township. investigators believe someone killed her elsewhere and dumped her body here. andrea klein thomas is talking to the district attorney to get updates and we'll hear more coming up later. tonight we're seeing surveillance video from the hit and run that killed a teenager.

residents are suing the city over lead contamination in their water. the class action lawsuit was filed today. in it the residents claim the city knowingly conducted construction projects that increased the risk of toxic levels of lead in their tap water. they also claim the city failed to warn residents of the risks. actively concealed the problem for, quote, negligent and deceptive conduct. we reached out to the city for a response and the mayor's office says they will review the suit and have no comment at this time. sky force 10 was over a water main break in center city that created a mess on the ground. also trouble on the tracks. the line opened up at 18th street and jfk boulevard around 11:00 this morning. it is right near the construction site for the near comcast tower. nbc 10 also had a crew on the ground. it happened so close to suburban station. septa said it caused delays. not yet clear what caused the water main to break, but 18th is

prosecutors say they show that they didn't have the cash to support a former nanny's college expenses or a new vacation home and they say fatah sr. did not have the funds to make a philadelphia wage tax payment. they say in each case the congressman got money from herb vitt vitterman. the checks were deposited in the account and a check was written to cover the congressman's wage tax payment for the city of philadelphia. prosecutors say without it they would not have been able to complete the purchase of vacation home. they say without the promise to pay for the former nanny's college tuition, fatahs would not have been table to secure her a spot at philadelphia university. jurors have already heard that the prosecution theory is that nanny tcontinued to work as a favor to the congressman. the nanny given nearly free

serious developments in the murder-suicide on the campus of ucla. >> we've learned the suspect had a kill list and today a woman on that list was found dead. the gunman is mainak sarkar. police say he shot and killed his former professor in the engineering building and then killed himself p. he had two guns.

police are asking for your help to identify the man in this sketch. investigators say he was seen talking to kids near an elementary school back on may 20. according to authorities, he was asking them how they get to and from school. anybody who may recognize this man is asked to call police. we could learn as early as tomorrow if charges will be filed against the family of the boy who fell into the gorilla enclosure at the cincinnati zoo. authorities have wrapped up the investigation but legal experts say prosecution is unlikely. the boy spent about ten minutes with the 450-pound gorilla before the zoo shot and killed the animal saturday. the gorilla exhibit will reopen tuesday with a safety
