you have to learn how to handle that. it's not easy. >> how do you learn that? when it first happens -- >> the way i handled it, i was never going to allow anybody to deter me or make me be someone i'm not. the whole thing about it is, you are drafted by an organization because of who you are and how you handle situations. here in philadelphia, he has to be that guy. you can't go out and try to be me. you can't go out and try to be ron. there's no reason for you to try to be randal. just be who you are. people will begin to adjust of what you are capable of doing. for carson, this is an opportunity for him to go out in the community and try to shake hands and take pictures with babies and try to bring all the attention to him, because as soon as you throw an incompletion or interception, they will boo you. you have to put that behind you, have short-term memory. >> sam bradford in this situation, it's not the easiest situation. he stayed away for a couple weeks. asked to be traded.

he seems to have taken a leadership role. >> he can't worry about carson wentz. it's hard here in philadelphia. he will hear from the crowd. i think for both parties, just continue to approach the thing like they are starters, like things are going well. let everything else develop and take care of itself. >> it's impossible for a quarterback no matter how smart you are, no matter how much athletic ability you have, it's hard to assimilate an nfl offense, learn the offense and go play against nfl defense in one year. it's very difficult if not impossible. >> john clark in atlantic city, thank you. that's it for sports. hello,
