seriously. so our "today's" food team called in the host of cooking channel's man fire food, roger mooking, to show us the difference between two bastians of bbq, tennessee and texas. >> look at you. you are going to lay it out. >> texas is known for ribs, ribs and brisket. these are beef ribs. >> look at that. that's huge. >> beef ribs, cayenne, garlic powder, mustard bow der, smoked paprika and brown sugar. we have taken the salt, rubbed it all over. we let it sit in the fridge for 20 minutes. >> that tenderizes it. >> have you ever heard of brining meat? >> yes. >> it adds so much flavor. >> we are going to dump this here. kathie lee, can you start that up for me, girl? >> it is looking pretty good, huh? >> sna tis that the rub? >> that's the rub. >> stay busy, girl. she is not used to the kitchen very much, huh? >> no. >> i can have some of your wine,
