the cheapest gas. the gas tax hike could cost drivers an extra $100 at the pump. it's the state senate's turn to vote on it. supporters say the tax hike will pump much needed money into the state transportation trust fund to repair roads and bridges. now, the proposal also calls for cutting the state sales tax from 7% to 6%. that could save an average family more than $400 a year. today, a man could learn his fate for kidnapping a woman off a street. it is a case that made national headlines. cameras caught the 2014 abduction on video. you see delham barnes dragging the woman off. and barnes pleaded guilty, he's sentenced today and could get up to 35 years in prison. this morning, the family of

a 13-year-old killed on wednesday wants to know where he and his friends got the gun that they are playing with. police are calling it an accidental shooting. they say a group of teenagers was playing with a gun when it went off and hit the 13-year-old in the head. they did find the gun nearby. neighbors were there and watched as the teen's father rushed over to see what happened. >> i ran, i seen him back there. i went to look at his dad. his dad tried picking him up. it was gory. >> this child didn't even get a chance to realize his dreams. >> police tell us the person who was holding the gun when it went off was 17. police have not arrested or charged anyone. this is the second accidental deadly shooting in the past week. last thursday, a 4-year-old died after accidentally shooting herself at a home in philadelphia. the girl's mother is charged with mother and just this week, we checked with police and

they're still searching for the mother's boyfriend who could also be charged. drexel hill fitness had a crossfit workout and fund-raiser last night. the owner of the gym came up with the idea bass she grew up a few blocks away from there. all the funds are going to help chris dorman. clancy is from delaware county and he asked to meet with dorman so he could thank him for his service and simply tell him he's awesome. dorman also posed for pictures with two officers who helped save his life. sergeant william baer on the right drove dorman to the hospital. the dipietro shot the man.

quarter after 4:00 right now. a man is recovering after being grazed by a bullet in camden. crime scene tape sections areas off where it happened right after 3:30 this morning on moore street. police so many should be focused on a car parked on the street. we do have more information from people from pennsylvania arrested with guns in their truck at the holland tunnel. a judge has denied her request to reduce their bail john smith and lee smith and kimberly bail each. they told police they were going to rescue a 16-year-old girl whose friend had just overdosed on heroin. they found shotguns and high assault rifle. the situation could have turned

ugly. >> there are also problems with situations like that. >> cramcy's 20-year-old daughter died from heroin overdose. turkish officials say more evidence points to isis but so far there's been no claim of responsibility. we do know how the clear time line of tuesday's attack. one of the suicide bombers went into the terminal, opened fire then blew himself up at the arrivals terminal. the second went upstairs to the departure level and blew himself up. and the third waited outside and detonated his explosives as people ran out of the airport in panic. aviation expert tom costello is looking into how the attack could make airports safer here in the u.s. >> reporter: hello from reagan national airport here in washington. we've now had two major attacks on major airports in the last
