well, that breaking news, a lockdown of most of joint base andrews has just been lifted after a report of an active shooter turned out to be a misunderstanding. we'll tell you what happened. the lockdown was prompted because of a report of an active shooter at a medical facility on the base at around 9:00 this morning. well, the base was supposed to have an active shooter training exercise, but apparently someone in the building saw a person with a gun, which was part of the drill, and reported it. that prompted the lockdown of the base. but once again, it's all part of the drill. and the lockdown has been lifted, except from the medical facility from where the report originated. right now at
