cheese dip. can do way better t. you have chicken and cauliflower and a couple different ingredients. >> and some butter. what is this? >> that is for the dipping sauce. that is nonfat greek yogurt. we'll start with the hot sauce. you mentioned butter. butter if you can believe, there is a huge amount whipped into the hot sauce when you get it in a restaurant, so i didn't want to skip that part because i wanted it to be super delicious. so i have a little bit. this is two teaspoons of melted butter. then you pour in your very favorite hot sauce. any brand will work. a little bit of paprika. and if you're brave, you can also put in a pinch of cayenne. it really kicks in the heat. so you stir it up. and now we add in not only a pound of chicken, but i'm also

going to add in cauliflower. put that in. because we're going it make chicken cauliflower buffalo wing kabobs. and you coat it with the hot sauce. and to prevent the skewers from burning, you soak them in water for did about 20 minutes before happened. then put them on the grill just for about five, six minutes on each side. and you will have amazing low calorie chicken wing buffalo kabobs. >> why am i coughing? i love it, but that is some job you did. >> so simple. so while this is cooking,

do you ever wish you could just quit your job and follow your true passion? >> now that the kids are out school, you may want a little pocket change for yourself by doing something you love. >> suzy welch found two women who started over and created successful second acts. >> that's right. a paver ladies in their 50s like me who are now doing what they love and i got a few continues on how you can do that, too. but first check out their stories. for 17 years, marsha snyder worked as a preschool director in raleigh, north carolina, a job she found rewarding, but not completely satisfying.

that's because marsha had always been the creative type and longed do artistic work. so at the age of 57, she decided to live her passion. marsha quit her job and focused her energy on becoming a professional wedding floral designer. with a $5,000 investment, the support of her family and some floral design training, she launched muse designs wedding florist in her home. five years later, she makes enough money it pay the bills and she's even won multiple awards for her designs.it pay td she's even won multiple awards for her designs. she less stressed and says it's the only job she's ever had that she truly loves. eileen winters has a similar story, but with an interesting twist. the now 56-year-old setd she stumbled into tie nance direcfi out of college and spent 20 years in a job she never really loved. she agonized for years over how and when to leave. and after surviving two attacks,

she was ready to call it quits. but it took the cancer diagnosis of her mom to lead her in a new direction. in 2002002, she abandoned her lucrative position to pursue a master's degree in clinical nutrition. soon after, she launched a cancer support community in honor of her mother. after helping patients for six year, she reinvented herself for a second time. in 015, the avid health nut leaned on that master's degree once again and opened a fitness center in her home state of new jersey. she's finally living her passion. and while it may have taken her a long time to realize it, it's never too late to be happy. >> i love them. thely the fact that they started over and created whole new lives. >> isn't that take a certain kind of person or can anybody do it? >> it does take fearlessness,

but sometimes it takes a while to get there. it's not like they thought with it oh, i want a second career and they started doing it. they had full first careers and they took a while and they got to the point where i have to reinvent. and they realized what a long haul it will be. have you ever redone your kitchen? double the time and money and that's what it takes. >> so what is the first thing they do? >> how long can you take the discomfort, you know, and the unhappiness of saying i'm not doing what i love. there is a moment where people really -- almost like you can't say something -- it has to come from inside. you say look at these fabulous success stories, look at these whoim sa women who said i'm going to take the leap. i have to educate and learn all these new skill, but i want to live my joy. >> that is my next question.

we live in such a different world now. everything is technology. what do you say to the person that they're not good at technology? >> guess what, technology is easy and fun. that's how good technology is supposed to be easy to use and fun to use. and people are scared of it because they haven't tried it. any second career that you start, anyone will be infused with technology. you can't say i want a second career in fitness or in floral design and not know that you have to have social media, you have to do instragram, facebook. all of those things. dive in. it's fun. if a kid can do it, you can do it. >> ask your children. you've done enough for them. live-in consultants. >> are there skills you should brush up on? >> it depends what you want to go in on. a lot of times a second career finds you. you're doing something and they knew what was calling them. they didn't have to say what is your second career going to be.
