and none of those areas have any significant cloud cover. i mean, it is clear and it is clear for hundreds and hundreds of miles, if not thousands of miles. so the comfort has returned, and it's going to stay with us for another couple days. it was not comfortable over the weekend. it was 93 on saturday with a high of 89 an sunday and very humid and then the storms came in, and that was with a front that's brought in this comfortable air. 82 today and tomorrow. 85 degrees on wednesday. still not too humid on wednesday. thursday and friday i think are going to be pretty uncomfortable. now we break the forecast down into neighborhoods, so, for example, there's the lehigh valley again. reading at 81 degrees and allentown 80 and easton at 80 degrees. again, times like winter when we'll have different temperatures and different weather conditions from one place to the other. in this case everybody's got sunshine during the day

tomorrow. shanksville at 81 degrees and fairmont at 82. new jersey, vorhees at 80 and avalon at 79. got into the mid-80s at some of the shore points with a land breeze. a sea breeze tomorrow. that will keep the temperature down a little bit. dover at 81 degrees. now the trappics are heating up. this is expected this time of the year. mid-august to mid-october. the historical peak of hurricane season. there's fiona out in the middle of the atlantic. not really very impressive, but we have other areas. this one back to the west that could conceivably get closer to the bahamas as we head towards the end of the week. these are all the different computer models, and, of course, the closer they are together, the more sure we are that something like this is going to happen, and you can see the general trend towards the bahamas or puerto rico as we go towards the weekend, so that's going to be the one that you're going to be hearing more and

more about as it develops and moves closer. by wednesday we're up to 85. thursday to 990 and friday 94. okay. so, yeah, the heat is going to be coming back, but it's not going to last. we have more comfortable weather coming later on during the weekend. >> all right. glenn, thank you so much. nbc 10 needs your help spreading your word about free money to those making a difference in the community. we're giving away grants to local non-profits. we're calling it 21st century solutions. the goal is to support organizations that are implementing new and innovative programs. the application is on our website nbc10.com. the deadline to apply is this friday. a local athlete's success story at the olympics is now benefiting families in her home state of delaware. >> 26 years ago it started in wilmington for a little champ just like you. >> next the olympic surprise new babies and parents at a local hospital are getting thanks to
