football team we are. we're excited for that chance to go out and prove we're a good football team and earn that opportunity again to get in the playoff and take advantage of it. >> michele: you've been proving it a long time. this is your 11th season. how long do you think you want to do this? >> i don't know. it's still fun. i'm enjoying it. all these new rules we have. it makes it pretty easy on the big fellas. the vets. it makes it pretty nice on it. i'm growing the beard out and the gray. i really want the young guys to feel out how old is this guy that's blocking me every play? that's the thing. it's fun. i'm still having a good time. >> mike: i wonder if people know that about offensive linemen, how fun, how funny you are. what's thing biggest misconception built big guys up front? >> that we're entertaining. we don't get a lot of attention but our room's entertaining. we make fun of each other. we give each other a hard time. and i think we're the guys that toughen each other in our room. we make each other tough. and sometimes some of the guys joke, they call us the mean girls. it's like you mess up around us, we're getting after you. that's just the o line group.

merion avenue tonight. nbc 10's randy gyllenhaal spoke to the family. >> reporter: the boy's family tells me his name is amin. he's not even 2 years old. philadelphia police continue to investigate. this does appear to be an accident. the driver unable to see that little boy darting out between two parked cars. family members grieving on this west philly block want people to remember this little boy n learn from the tragic accident. just 23 months old, the child was visiting his grandmother on merion avenue. >> we call him scooty. good little boy. >> reporter: his cousin says the boy was on the sidewalk when he darted in between two parked cars out into open traffic. >> by the time he ran on to the street it was too late. >> reporter: a woman driving this trail blazer hit the boy head-on. he was rushed to c.h.o.p. wudied

cumberland and richmond streets. police say children ages 15 and 11 were passengers in the car and that street racing may have led to the crash. another car involved did not stop and took off from the scene. one person we spoke to said it's an all too common occurrence in that area. >> there's kids out here. a lot of racing here. got to stop this. really, really got to stop this. >> the driver is also being investigated for a possible dui. no word on any charges. new tonight, charges filed against a woman who is accused of vandalizing two cars last year at the home of philadelphia d.a. seth williams. delaware county officials are handling the case. the incident hapt at williams' home in overbrook. according to the report, two vehicles had the tire slashed. stacey cummings surreasonndered police and is facing multiple

charges. no word for a motive on the alleged crime. another woman sexually assaulted by a man on a bike in south philadelphia. this latest woman was walking on bainbridge around 11:00 last night. police say that's when a man rode by on a bicycle and groped her. police don't know yet if this is the same man wanted for a similar crime on august 13th. the man in this video reached out and touched a woman as he pedaled past her. the same type of crime happened several times throughout philadelphia recently. if you recognize the man in this video, you're asked to contact police. mercer county prosecutors say an off-duty trenton police officer shot and killed a man at a party both were attending saturday night. witnesses say alfred was in a dispute at a party at wayne and roosevelt last night. he got his brother's gunth in shot his brother in the hand when he tried to wrestle it away from him. witnesses and prosecutors say

the nbc 10 app. two united airlines pilots suspected of intoxication were arrested. they bwere about to get into th cockpit of a plane headed to new jersey. the pilots were to fly from glasgow, scotland, to newark, new jersey, with 141 passengers on board. instead that flight was delayed for ten hours while the airline found replacement pilots. the pilots, ages 35 and 45, were taken off the flight and are still in police custody. they face charges connected to britain's transport safety laws, and they'll be in court tomorrow. a $50,000 reward is now on the table to find the person who killed an 8-year-old girl in camd camden. gabby hill carter was taken off life support friday. the little girl was playing across the street from her home on spruce street wednesday when several men started shooting at each other. she was caught in the crossfire

of the path of a speeding train. that is officer victor ortiz. this is video from friday morning. you can see officer ortiz struggled with the man before pulling him away just seconds before the train enters the frame. officer ortiz is a 15-year member of the transit police. officials say ortiz's actions are a reminder of the daily sacrifice that members of the force put forth each time they put on a uniform. legendary singer juan gabriel has died. the 66-year-old died of natural causes today in santa monica, california. 48 hours earlier, he performed in los angeles. and tonight he was supposed to perform in el paso, texas. gabriel is considered one of mexico's greatest performers and composers. two people were killed, including a fire chief. and after a bus being driven by an unlicensed, undocumented immigrant crashed into a fire truck. the bus was carrying workers
