ryan lochte's punishment after lying about a robbery in rio. nbc 10 breaking news. a woman robbed and shot on the street, now police are searching for the man who opened fire. >> this is all unfolding in west philadelphia. keith jones is live at southwest where detectives are investigating. what have you learned? >> reporter: i just received some brand-new information about five minuting ago. a sergeant told me this is likely a drug deal gone wrong. either way, the suspect who pulled that trigger is still out there tonight. let me show you video from skyforce 10 that we shot earlier. 52nd and sillber. a wok wman was attacked by a ma who grabbed her purse. she's currently at presbyterian hospital in stable condition.
