weekend, i'll show you the timing on that coming up. the jurors who will serve during the trial of accused cop killer eric frein. he's charged with killing one person and wounding another in pike county three years ago. the jurors will be bussed to pike county which has you can see is located between scranton and the new jersey line, frein's trial is set to begin next march. today police released a thief in action in south philadelphia. he took a package off someone's front step on montross avenue t a trash can and walks away. he was caught doing the same thing four weeks later. the town is now calling on the u.s. military to clean up chemicals that contaminated the

city's water supply. last night horsham filed a lawsuit. sky force 10 was overhead as a philadelphia police officer was loaded into an ambulance in frankford, he and another officer were hurt right around noon. nbc 10 was also on the ground, you can see the officer's cruiser collided with an suv. two people inside the suv were hurt as well. but they are expected to be okay. what appears to be a road rage incident between a school bus and a fedex driver was all caught on camera. >> you're going the see the bus swerving into the wrong lane to

get ahead of a slower moving fedex tractor trailer. this was in lake wood, yesterday. the truck appears to try to cut off the bus. the man who recorded the video said he had a feeling something like this would happen. that's why he took out his camera. >> the school bus looked like he wanted to try and pass him. he pulled over like three or four times on to the double yellow line and then moved back in the lane and then the fedex truck kind of slowed down. >> representatives for jay's bus service said the driver was fired last night. no students were on the bus when this happened. in ocean could have benty, chris christie -- urban education and property taxes. today the governor also asked the state attorney general to file a legal action with the state supreme court. the move would give the commissioner of education the authority to bypass laws in

the unexpected freight train came through the course and that derailed an bigger dream for several of those runners. >> reporter: when the lehigh valley marathon kicked off sunday morning, matt and dozens of others were hoping for a personal best to qualify for the iconic boston marathon. this was the time race before deadline. >> yeah, expected to qualify pretty easily, so i wasn't too worried about my time. >> reporter: things were going fine until mile number 7. >> when we saw the train. >> reporter: out of nowhere, a freight train blocked the marathon route, stunned runners forced to stop in their tracks. >> we were all kind of amazed there was a train in front of us. >> reporter: some even got fed up and jumped over the moving train, others patiently waited but it cost them precious minutes and likely a spot in boston. >> i thought i had it, but now i'm kind of on the bubble.

>> reporter: runners are hoping their time could be adjusted, the delay lasted ten minutes. but yesterday, the committee said they would not adjust any times. which means runners like matt will have to wait and see dreams probably derailed by a rogue freight train. >> to have something outside your control impact that performance is really tough. a lot of times it's the weather. it's never a train. this time it happened to be the train. >> reporter: meantime registration for the boston marathon began on monday, run r runners should know soon if they quali qualify. a new jersey school bus driver busted on the road. witnesses say he was driving dangerously, and they have the video to prove it. >> and today feels like fall, nice change compared to yesterday, i'll show you how
