chris christie. the mayor is expected to take the stand as one of the first witnesses. yesterday during opening statements the federal prosecutor told witnesses that a juror would testify that chris christie was told about a plan to close traffic lanes. christie has continually denied having any knowledge of the alleged plot. philadelphia police look for a driver of a hit-and-run that injured a man just before 11:00 last night. a driver struck a 49-year-old man near the city's rhawnhurst neighborhood. police tell us the man is in critical condition. three people were shot in

philadelphia's point breeze neighbor neighborhood. a mother carrying her baby was hit along with a woman in her 60s. right after the shooting police took a man with a semi automatic weapon into custody. police are trying to figure out if the man is the gunman. today we know more about the suspect behind this weekend's shooting rampage. police sources say nicholas referred to himself in the third person as solo tattoo tears. he has been to jail at least once a year all of his adult life but during his last day he was sent to solitary confinement three times. that isolation contributed to a suicide attempt last year. >> he was like out of it. he try today commit suicide. >> he was a different guy? >> yes. >> in april of this year glenn's

carson wentz should have had two touchdown but was dropped. he showed tremendous poise under pressure. undefeated eagles host the steelers at 4:25. multiple sources reporting that lane johnson was pending an appeal that hearing is scheduled for october 4th. johnson would be sidelined for ten games starting with the eagles game against the licenon. it would be his second offense. no comment from the nfl or the eagles. >> if you would watch the eagles game last night you saw them all stand for the national anthem. three players did so raising their fists in protests. take a look.
