tuesday officers arrived at an apartment complex to sever a warrant to another man when they encountered the 43-year-old who they said ignored very bam commands. >> mr. scott committed his vehicle armed with a handgun as the officers continued to yell at him to drop it. >> r. >> reporter: but scott's family and witnesses have a different story. clergy and activists are calling for an independent investigation to determine what happened. meanwhile, in tulsa, protesters are calling for officer betty shelby to be fired after she shot and killed terrence crutcher. now her attorney is providing her side of the story. >> and she became concerned about him reaching for his left possibili pocket, despite being told not to. >> reporter: dash cam video shows the suspect with his hands
