the rocking man returns to our area tonight. elton john will return to allentown. he's play his classic hits as well as songs from his new album. well, the rain moved through early this morning and as expected it moved out in time to give us a pretty nice day, lots of sunshine across most of the area, 74 in philadelphia, pa sub uns and delaware and much of the region. there are some places a little bit warmer than that. we have 74 degrees in cochran ville at lincoln university. 78 degrees in melbourne and collegeville. 74 in ft. washington, warenington and new hope. temperatures pretty close to

average this time of year. this is the way we started the day, 4:00 in the morning, the line of showers moving through the area. while other parts of the area cleared out. and now we're looking back to the south, this is a cold front that came through, during the day, it's going to stall pretty much where test now, and that tropical moisture is going to move back, and so the rain is going to return. i'll gots no go to humpb tonight. some places are going to be in the 40s. but tomorrow, not in the morning, in the afternoon, we start seeing the clouds and a little bit of showers, that increases tomorrow night. it guesses heavier and this is especially true for a western counties.

commuter models are even wetter than this particular one. through friday and even into saturday. so it's going to be a fairly wet pattern. you go through tomorrow, in philadelphia, i just want to let you know, in most of the area, it's a pretty nice stay tomorrow, and a mild day, it's mostly tomorrow night when the rain starts to come in. so on our neighborhood forecast, you see 77 degrees, generally dry during the stay, shanksville 75 and dry. but we start getting a little bit of rain by later in the day, and at night at vorhees township. at the shore we start getting

that rain later in the day. and 68 degrees at long ports with the showers and maybe some thunderstorms developing in the afternoon, places like dover and rehoboth beach. now in philadelphia, we're 76 tomorrow, that rain is mostly for tomorrow night, and look how chilly it is thursday and friday, thursday is the day with the heaviest rain, that is the case in the pa suburbs. but not so at the jersey shore, other parts of south jersey or in tamala edwards delaware, that's mostly tomorrow afternoon. or into tomorrow night. then on the ten-day forecast, there's the heaviest rain, coolest weather, thursday or friday, a nasty east wind, not real pretty saturday either, a cloudy day with a little bit of rain, and then once we break out of that, temperatures are at or

setting up here and we are going to be seeing that rain return. tomorrow morning is clear and it is chilly. then the clouds start to increase. as we go into tomorrow evening we have showers and thunderstorms in chester county for example. i that is the area likely to be hit the hardest. you can see all of the rain on the western side of the area and other showers to the east. it is not raining all the time but now we are in to thursday afternoon and we have got rain across most of the area. now we are in to friday afternoon and still have showers around. yeah. it is going to get wet. it is also going to get chilly. we have an east wind coming in off of the ocean. we have been 74 today and 76 tomorrow, only 68 thursday and friday and wind on top of that, cloudy and cool on saturday too. sunday if we can get a little

bit of sunshine we will finally warm up. the tropics are becoming more active here east of the caribbean sea. we may see another tropical storm develop. the reason that people care about that is because the track of it is go to take it into the caribbean sea, threaten jamaica, cuba and potentially as we go into next week the bahammas and even off of the southeast coast. there are the cold days on thursday and friday and start to warm up. monday, tuesday, wednesday dry as well. >> hundreds of people are experiencing this right now. >> we are talking about sitting
