nbc10's brandon hudson joining us live from overbrook. brandon, detectives say the robbers were calculated with their plan, right? >> reporter: jim, police say the suspects took about an hour to pull off the crime over at this house. surveillance video shows them walking this young woman out of this side door, and they were about to stuff her in a trunk, but she ran that way. it was all caught on surveillance camera. we spot shadow this blurry image of a 21-year-old woman on home surveillance video, her hands zip tied and duct tape over her mouth. it's moments after two armed masked men led her out of her basement bedroom. but instead of putting the st. joseph's student in the trunk, she makes a bold decision to run for help. she was too quick for one of the suspects. >> it's crazy. no sense. >> reporter: we showed this video to neighbors who live not far from the scene of the crime on 57th and woodbine avenue. >> it can happen to anybody. it don't matter who you are. you got to keep your guard up.

another arrest, but now a new message for parents. a teenager in bethlehem facing charges for a prank. the 14-year-old charged with making terroristic threats. again it was for an online post involving a clown picture and a threat toward a local school posted to social media. bethlehem's police chief has a message for parents as these threats continue to spread. >> if you have a child, look what he's doing on a computer. parental responsibility. step up, see what he's posting. you're not invading his privacy. see what they're posting. act like a parent, not a friend. >> earlier this week, teens were arrested in bucks, cape may, and gloucester county for similar threats. let's go back to our story we're following, hurricane matthew moving north. sheena. >> yeah, jim. it is just off the south georgia, south carolina coastline. it is getting very close here. we're going to watch it to see if it does actually make landfall in the next several hours. but it is still traveling to the north, so if it continued
11:16 pm
traveling to the north, obviously it would run into land. but models are also showing it very soon taking a turn out to sea, so we'll have to watch for that turn closely. either way, there's the eye of the storm. there's savannah, georgia. charleston, south carolina is just up at the top of your screen here, and a lot of heavy rain moving onshore right now. winds gusting near 80 miles an hour with some of our latest reports. but the winds inside the eye, right outside the eye wall, right around 105, 110 miles an hour possibly. the rain is extending farther up to the north, so you see the moisture in parts of western p.a. locally we're nice and dry, but we do have rain in the forecast as we go into tomorrow. that's all going to be part of a cold front, but it's going to try to full some of the moisture up with matthew. so some parts of the area later in the day could see some heavy rain, mainly new jersey and delaware. leer are the current stats with matthew. winds have decreased 105 miles an hour. still makes it a category 2, still a very powerful storm. but it is also again moving to the north at 12 miles an hour. the track takes it up closer to
11:17 pm
charleston now, maybe as a category 1 at that point. would be a strong category 1, though. that would be by early tomorrow morning. then following the coastline and taking that big turn out to sea that we've all been anticipating now for days. looping back down to the south and possibly going back into the bahamas, much weaker than it was obviously when it was already in the bahamas, but it is something that we will certainly be paying attention to by early next week as well. here's a look at future weather. all the heavy rain now for georgia, south carolina that's going to move into north carolina tomorrow, and the cold front approaching our area tomorrow is going to try to pull some of that moisture up. that's 11:00 a.m. for your saturday. you'll be waking up with cloudy skies. better chance of showers later in the afternoon and evening. even tomorrow night, we could still be seeing the rain around, especially new jersey and delaware. by sunday morning, i think we'll still have rain along the shore and in parts of delaware. it wouldn't be until later in the day sunday when we see more clearing and all of that rain finally moving offshore. for your weekend, doesn't look bad for the second half of your
