monique braxton has the latest. >> reporter: hi, vai. we have video that shows you what happened before and after gunshots rang out on this street. take a look at this video tape. witnesses say you see at least two victims talking to people outside a corner store. notice a white car pulls up. the group then walks at least a half a block away near sterling and hawthorne. you then see people dressed in all black running back to that white car, jumping in and speeding off. investigators confirmed three people were shot. 17-year-old known as reno brunson seen here talking to the clerk at the corner store died at a local hospital. moments ago we spoke to his grieving parents.

shut your mouth and say goodnight mouthbreathers. breathe right. sky force 10 checking out more breaking news this morning in southwest philadelphia. philadelphia police told us a 20-year-old woman stabbed her 26-year-old boyfriend's brother in the neck just after 9:00 this morning. it happened on south 60th street. we are working to find out what may have prompted the stabbing. stay with the app for updates on this breaking news. and a robbery suspect causes this multi-crash during the morning rush. it happened at a near by diner. police began getting phone calls about an erratic driver. the department crashed into at least seven vehicles before firing a single shot. no one was hit by that bullet.

several people were injured in the crash. the suspect carjacked at vehicle and drove away. the suspect got away. north carolina is preparing for more flooding as rivers continue to rise after hurricane matthew. the governor reported three more deaths. it brings the death toll to 14 in the state, ten of those came from flooded roads. >> we are not missing around and we do not want to put people at risk to save you once you make that decision. too many people have died and we don't want anymore to die and there will be conditions during the next 72 hours which will be extremely dangerous. >> there are reports that three people that are still missing. president obama approved the state's disaster declaration. money will go to help during the

recovery efforts. and we are starting with a look at the temperatures outside. you can see we are finally making our way into the 50s here. we are at 55 lehigh valley and 56 in the pennsylvania suburbs. most of these temperatures were in the 30s to low 40s this morning. some partis of the lehigh valle broke 40 degrees. jersey shore we drop down into some of the philadelphia neighborhoods. we are consistent in the upper 50s to around 60 degrees. it is 56 center city. also 56 fox chase. so we are looking at the 50s, looking forward to the 60s and actually talking 70s in the next few days. we say you that big cool down because of the big cool down. the high sunday and monday, yesterday. the average is 68 degrees today.
