philadelphia. if you don't recognize his face, take a look at what he's wearing. last august investigators say the man walked into the dunkin' doughnuts on north broad street. police are searching for the gunman who shot three people in mayfair, including two teenagers, one of those teens died. this is surveillance video of what took place before and after last night's shooting. at least two of the victims were talking to people outside of a corner store at sterling and hawthorne streets. a white sedan pulls up. moments later shots are fired. after the shooting, you see a man running to the car and shot by the passenger seat. a 17-year-old was killed. we spoke to his parents. >> my son is going to be missed by everyone. not just family, friends. >> he's silly, he's always

rescues continue today in south carolina where a breach along the lumber river prompted rescues yesterday. president obama declared a state of emergency there. >> it makes federal funding available to people affected in 31 counties hit by the storm. you can see the scope of the flooding, water stretching as far as the eye can see. the storm is being blamed for at least 33 deaths in five states. north carolina has been the hardest hit with 14 deaths alone. three people were killed today, all three were vehicle related. more than 250,000 people are still without power in the region. >> and among those helping hurricane victims are first responders from our from our area.
