right now at 6:00 another woman comes forward accusing donald trump of sexual misconduct. she tells the guardian donald trump made unwelcome sexual advances, she claims the republican presidential candidate grabbed and kissed her in 1997 at trump's mara laggo estate. nbc news has not independent verified her claim. thanks for joining us, donald trump has repeatedly denied the allegations. and today he campaigned in new england where he vowed to not back down from what he calls a rigged election. trump also accused clinton of being on drugs during the last debate. >> we should take a drug test prior -- because i don't know what's going on with her. but at the beginning of her last

debate she was all pumped up at the beginning, and at the end it was like oh, take me down. she could barely reach her car. i think we should take a drug test. anyway, i'm willing to do it. >> hillary clinton is taking a break from the campaign trail to prepare for the third and final presidential debate. earlier today, the clinton campaign fired back at donald trump's claim that this is shaping up to be a rigged election. clinton's campaign manager says voter participation is something to be encouraged and not dismissed because candidate is afraid he's going to lose. wikileaks released more hacked e-mails from the clinton campaign. these reveal the wrangling between clinton aides and her attorney over what to say to the public about her e-mail scandal. it shows clinton wrestled with whether to reference colin

support in north philadelphia. >> this is it it's time for people to stand up with what they believe in. >> reporter: they rallied with a teacher union and later with a labor coalition supporting democratic candidates. they celebrated more than 700,000 pennsylvania door knocks. >> it could come down to pennsylvania and we're really mobilized and energized and excited to talk to voters. >> reporter: this weekend is really marking a shift in how those canvassing operations to go. the push to register voters has passed. from now until election day you'll see people knock on your doors trying to convince you to get out the vote. we're live in paramount park. the election is only 24 days away. if you're voting in delaware, you're running out of time to register. the deadline is tonight. you have until midnight, but your only option is to register online. make sure to follow all the instructions, by the way, pennsylvania's deadline has

already passed. the deadline in new jersey is tuesday. now, to an arson investigation. a home went up in flames in west philadelphia sending one person to the hospital and now police say a man is in custody. let's go to andrea thomas who is live with the latest on the investigation. what have you learned? >> reporter: again, as you said, a man is in custody, so far no charges have been filed. i'm going to get out of the way so you can see the damage. firefighters say the fire started in the middle row home and quickly spread to the neighboring units. thankfully the neighbor whose were home at the time were able to make it out safely. >> the company found heavy fire and smoke showing from that occupan occupancy. >> reporter: dispatch received a 911 call about a fire that was intentionally set. the middle row home was in flames. the fire was spreading quickly.

>> just a great aggressive attack above, below, and beside the fire to help protect whatever property here is left. >> reporter: residents in the neighboring homes were able to make it out safely. small crowds gathered as firefighters spent 30 minutes putting out the flames. >> one person was transported to the hospital by the police department. >> reporter: police say the 26-year-old man was also arrested. he was pointed out by witnesses who say he set the fire. that man who was taken into custody, he was taken to the hospital and treated for burns on his hands. reporting live in west philadelphia, nbc 10 news. a tire slashing spree near city hall lands a man in handcuffs. al philadelphia police say they saw the man stabbing the tires of two city owned vehicles along arch street late last night. a witness told officers the same suspect was slashing more tires along jfk boulevard. he vandalized 16 calls in all.

october 31st it would impact bus, trolley operators. it could start november first and potentially last through election day. samsung galaxy note 7 phones are officially banned from the skies. as of noon an emergency order is in effect banning passengers and flight crews from bringing that phone on board. the fear is the note 7 which is under recall, poses an urgent fire risk. the u.s. transportation department says if you try to fly with the phone it will be confiscated and you could be fined. 60s today and it looks like 80s by monday. we actually have warmer conditions by tuesday and wednesday. i have your full forecast coming up on the other side of the break.

and in return, each person received a gift card from one of several local stores. let's take you to delaware, firefighters and emergency workers came together in newcastle county today to honor two fallen firefighters killed in the line of duty last month. as nbc 10 reports, it's all about support. >> reporter: when it comes to battles, on infernoes and the field, these guys never let each other down. >> this shows that people care. >> reporter: care in the face of tragedy. this is more than a softball tournament. it's about honoring their own. last month an early morning fire ripped through a row home on lakeview road in wilmington. two firefighters died, two others remain in the hospital. they answered the call that morning. now, it's their turn. >> this is a brotherhood. that's what the fire service is. and everybody lost somebody that

>> reporter: in wilmington, nbc 10 news. certainly an emotional day. a celebration at the constitution center. it's our sister station signature family event that celebrates latino culture and hispanic heritage month. i joined viletta yaas and kids enjoyed dancing and games and got to pretend to be on television. philadelphia music legends are forever remembered in the city's newest mural. some of the famous faces including singer frankie avalon were on hand for today's dedication. the mural celebrates south philly's music legacy and the bandstand era of musicians who contributed to the city's rich cultural history. what a beautiful day for a mural dedication. couldn't ask for much more but it's going to get warmer. >> we can ask for much more and we're going to get it. we started off a little chilly,

picking up on not much going on. there is a high pressure sitting over northern new england keeping everything dry. the cold front is moving through and i do expect developing clouds sunday into monday. note the greens. i don't expect a washout on monday, perhaps one or two isolated showers. hour by hour, forecast doing a great job picking up on those isolated showers at best. notice as we get this going through monday, 3:00 a.m. a few showers moving from the northwest to southeast. it's going to be a mainly dry monday, with just a few clouds. and then certainly improving. but the big story around here, would be those above average temperatures by monday. and certainly tuesday and wednesday. so we start this tomorrow morning at 9:00 a.m., we're seeing 50s topping out in the low to mid 70s. by monday, look at this, at about 7:00 a.m., 9:00 a.m., we're seeing much warmer temperature and 5:00 p.m., it looks like trenton will see 79. philly 76 and potstown 77.
